والله وبالله وتالله لم اجد في هذه الدول والمدن ماوجدته من اهتمام من موظفين هذا الفندق
مديرة الفندق الاستاذه حجيبه قالت نام متى ماصحيت فطورك جاهز يعتي وقت الفطور ليس محدد بوقت معين
وبالفعل صحيت متأخر وافطرت معها
قالت نام ومتى ماتحب تعمل خروج الوقت الذي يريحك وهذا لم اجده في اي فندق
سألتها عن كوفي قريب وارسلت معي موظف الى المقهى

J ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Au-delà du confort de la chambre et de la beauté des lieux, c'est la qualité du service qui a rendu mon expérience unique. Le personnel est d'une bienveillance et d'un professionnalisme remarquables, toujours prêt à rendre service avec le sourire. Mention spéciale pour la directrice Mam Habiba qui a su anticiper mes besoins. Je reviendrai sans hésiter et recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés .

L'accueil particulièrement chaleureux et professionnel. La directrice était "aux petits soins" pour rendre le séjour le mieux possible.
L'hôtel est beau, la chambre formidable.
Le personnel est très attentif et réactif.
J'ai également apprécié la piscine.
La taille de l'hôtel me convient parfaitement (pas trop grand).
Séjour réussi et répondant à mes attentes.

The Hotel is located very central - directly at the entrance to the medina and has all comfort you are looking for, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful and I got an Upgrade to a Suite with panoramic view, which was wonderful. I like espescially, that there is still also played wonderful moroccan music (in Mix with European) in the Lobby so the Heritage is really present. Also it s calm at the Pool to relax, no music in the garden, only relaxing water sound from the little fontaine, which you love, when You come back from a visit of the very lively Medina.

The staff make this hotel fantastic! Unlike other hotels I have stayed at- it felt like family. No request was too big or too small. It's an oasis in the heart of Fes. Highly recommend. The pool is fantastic

L’accueil était si chaleureux et le service , professionnel, rien à dire expérience incroyable et l’emplacement est parfait.

A quaint little hotel with staff friendly and helpful from start to finish. We were more than moved by their solicitous attention, especially from Madame ARDAN Hajiba. We felt pampered as every morning a table was reserved for our breakfast. Rooms were clean. It also has a decent size swimming pool.

Отель превзошел все ожидания. Для нас он стал лучшим на протяжении всего пребывания в Марокко. Мадам ARDAN Hajba явилась единственным светлым событием в течении всей поездки по этой стране. Нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера до двухкомнатного люкса с двумя балконами. Мадам Hajiba лично встретила нас на пороге отеля, сразу угостили марокканским чаем и сладостями. Дали нам время отдохнуть после семи часовой поездки из Мерзуги на машине. Затем мадам Hajiba лично проводила нас в наш прекрасный номер. На следующее утро мы были поражены приготовленным для нас лично столом с великолепным завтраком. Все пребывания в отеле сопровождалось невероятным радушием, заботливостью и дружелюбием со стороны всего персонала отеля. В последний вечер перед отъездом нам был предложен бесплатный ужин в формате шведского стола.
Пожалуй мадам Hajiba лучший генеральный менеджер, которого мы когда либо встречали! Такого щепетильного и внимательного отношения к гостям и отелю мы практически не встречали. Нам не хотелось уезжать - настолько приятным был наш отдых.
Объездив всё Марокко, с уверенностью можем сказать, что таких людей мы больше не встречали!
Очень рекомендую данный отель, несмотря на то, что он не новый. Отличная уборка, вкусная еда и лучший сервис в Марокко. Белоснежное постельное белье и полотенца. Наличие всей косметики в ванной. Не просто стандартная уборка, а продуманная до мелочей - прикроватные коврики специально чуть с краю прижали тумбочками - чтобы не скользили.
Хотим выразить огромную благодарность лично Мадам Hajiba за проявленную заботу и всей команде отеля! А мы с большой теплотой будем вспоминать лично Мадам Hajiba. ❤️

A 10+ hotel, managed by Mme Hajiba, who is like a mother and makes you feel " at home"! Many thanks to all the hotel staff, especially the manager, for the touching surprise at my birthday dinner and sheduling the massage at the desired time( I recommend the 1 hour one), Zilen is a professional! I realy appreciated that jyou were receptive to my request to have lunch ready when we returned from the trip ( try the Margherita pizza and the beef Tajine with plums and apricots- the tastiest I' ve tastied in Morocco) ! Also, Thank you for the recommended transfer to the airport! Good luck!

Todo! La atención es superlativa! Amabilidad y dedicación en la que constantemente cada persona está pendiente de uno. Lindisima pileta, habitación cómodisima...un remanso para descansar del bullicio y la actividad. El desayuno es increible!!. Agradecidos con cada persona que nos atendió tan bien, especialmente con Mme Ardan Hajiba que está atenta a cada detalle para que la atención sea literalmente a cuerpo de rey! Lo recomiendo 100x100

The staff, especially Hajiba, was just wonderful. Wish every Riad and hôtel were run by this woman! Facilities were also perfect, and we'll located, to stop easily with a bus or car, next to the medina but not IN the Medina.

Un albergo in posizione ottimale perchè raggiungibile con bus o taxi e inoltre si trova a pochi passi a piedi dall'ingresso principale della medina.
Molto accogliente lo staff e particolarmente la direttrice; hotel molto pulito e con ottime camere silenziose e spaziose. Noi abbiamo ricevuto in offerta l'upgrade della camera da std. alla suite e abbiamo avuto piacevoli notti nei letti comodi e nel silenzio.
La colazione era super (vedi foto) con grande abbondanza di offerta dolce e salata incluse le crepes preparate al momento.
Molto gentile la responsabile che ci ha assistito nel nostro soggiorno a Fez aiutandoci nel trovare autista per tour privato a Volubilis e Meknes.
Il prezzo pagato è assolutamente in linea con l'alta qualità dei servizi offerti.

Perfect hotel, the service and personnel was super supportive and friendly, cleanliness impeccable. Location is very convenient, close to main attractions. The hotel upgraded me to the luxury room free of charge and offered a free dinner. Really good value for money. The breakfast was included and was outstanding and super tasty, really enjoyed moroccan traditional food and sweets.

Service is very good. All staff is permanently at your service taking care that everything was perfect. Adib the receptionist was very kind and Hayiba the hotel manager was always taking care of us, making our stay at the hotel, a nice experience
