Fes Heritage Boutique luxury Hotel

Tout était parfait ! Tellement parfait que j'y suis revenu le lendemain alors que je devais retourner à Rabat. L'hôtel était tellement agréable et le personnel était tellement au petit soin que j'ai voulu prolonger l'expérience. Et pour ceux qui font le ramadan attendez vous à des sahor et iftar royaux! Merci encore à l'équipe Héritage et à très bientôt j'espère !

Absolument tout était parfait et en particulier le personnel et la directrice Mme Ardan. L'hôtel est raffiné, très agréable et la déco est magnifique. Chambre spacieuse propre et insonorisée avec chauffage et clim. La salle de bain est remplie de tout ce dont on a besoin même de choses auxquelles on ne pense pas forcément (kit de couture). Pour le travail je suis amenée à prendre régulièrement l'hôtel, et alors que le Hilton, le Movenpick, le Clayton etc ont perdu l'esprit de l'hôtel d'antan (tous ont quasiment le même standing que l'ibis), l'hôtel héritage a su garder ce côté exceptionnel qu'on ne retrouve que dans les anciens grands hôtels. C'est le meilleur hôtel a tous les égards ! Merci l'équipe Héritage!

We were greeted with tea and biscuits and it was a wonderful check-in experience where we were upgraded to a suite for no extra charge. The manager made it her job to make us as comfortable as possible and even offered us a complimentary dinner in the hotel restaurant as we arrived quite late from our flight.

Our room was really comfortable with everything we needed and a lovely shower. We had bathrobes and lots of toiletries including a hairdryer, a gorgeous balcony with a view of the mountains, and separate sofa areas. There was a fridge and TV in the room as well as air con and a heater.

The breakfast was absolutely incredible. We came down every day to a table set especially for us with pastries, breads, ham and cheese, eggs, fruit and salad. We were brought fresh juice and coffee, bottled water, and they made omelettes to order. It was absolutely exceptional.

We had massages in the spa and the manager organised reservations for everything we wanted to do. They organised a lovely dinner at a nearby Michelin restaurant, and arranged for a car to drive us wherever we needed to go.

There was a gorgeous pool with sunbeds and seating areas all around which had lots of shade during the day. As we were there in February, we didn't really need the shade but it would be very nice during the summer months.

The location was brilliant as we were just around the corner from the entrance to the Medina. Everything felt extremely safe and the locals were genuinely friendly and helpful. We are already planning to go back to this hotel with our family and friends next year. It was such a lovely holiday.

L'hotel Fes Heritage Boutique està molt ben situat. Ben a prop de la Medina i del centre històric de Fes.

El personal ha estat molt agradable. Ens hem sentit molt còmodes i hem rebut un tracte excepcional tant per part de la Directora Mme Hajiba com de la resta del personal, sempre atents i disposats.

L'hotel és molt bonic, amb instalacions modernes i una decoració ambientada al Marroc tradicional.

Només arribar ens van obsequiar un un te de benvinguda que hem pogut degustar diversos cops després durant la nostra estada.

L'habitació és preciosa. Ample, molt lluminosa i amb unes excepcionals vistes a la Medina, les tombes Merinides i a les muntanyes properes.

Durant el mes de febrer hem tingut un temps càlid i molt agradable tot i que a la nit refresca.

Des-de l'hotel hem pogut anar caminant al barri jueu i la Sinagoga, al cementiri (10Dh), al Palau Reial, que no es visitable, a la Medina, les tombes Merinides, a la curtiduría, les Madrasses, el Zoco, etc
Tothom es molt amable i respectuós amb els turistes.

Volem agrair als nostres hostes la seva hospitalitat i generositat. És molt recomanable.

EL trato en general fue excepcional, siempre atentos por si queríamos algo, la ubicación perfecta, el desayuno muy completo de buffet libre, te preparan la mesa a tu gusto. Repetiría sin lugar a dudas. Un 10 a la señora Hayiba y su equipo.

Un séjour absolument parfait à l’Hôtel Heritage Boutique.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une gentillesse rare par la directrice, Mme Ardan Hajiba, une personne exceptionnelle, d’une bienveillance et d’une élégance remarquables. Sa présence, son attention constante et son sens du détail créent une atmosphère unique, si chaleureuse et sincère que nous avons immédiatement eu l’impression d’être chez un membre de notre famille proche. Elle incarne à elle seule l’âme de cet établissement et fait toute la différence.

Le service est irréprochable à tous les niveaux : du petit déjeuner exceptionnel et royal, au voiturier, en passant par la femme de chambre, tout le personnel reflète parfaitement l’exigence, le professionnalisme et la bienveillance insufflés par la direction.
L’hôtel est magnifique, élégant et parfaitement entretenu, un véritable havre de paix.

Une adresse précieuse, rare, que nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

The service was exceptional. The location is top notch (parking in front of the hotel then few hundred meter from Medina entrance)
Room amenities are extremely adequate. The rooftop has a view on the Medina

Very hospitable, our room was upgraded, we only stayed for one night. Comfy beds, close to the old madina.

Een betere accomodatie dan dit is er niet. Service level van Hajiba is 10-sterren waard. Wat een super goede host. Zij is vriendelijk, professioneel, regelt alles en je wordt behandeld als familie. Ik reis veel over de wereld maar dit is next level. Als ik mijn eigen hotel had, had ik haar een baan aangeboden

Tutto !!!! La posizione è davvero comoda per visitare la Medina , sei appena fuori dal caos ma vicinissimo alla sua entrata . La camera eccezionale !!

Siamo stati trattati benissimo dall inizio alla fine del nostro soggiorno tanto che abbiamo deciso di fermarci una notte in più .
Ringraziamo tutto lo staff dal parcheggiatore alla manager che è stata un vero tesoro e ci ha coccolati tanto ! Chiedete e vi sapranno consigliare per ogni esigenza .
Se dovessimo tornare sicuramente sceglieremmo ancora questo splendido hotel .

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice, especially the director, Mme Ardan Hajiba. I liked the location which was close to the Riad and many nice restaurants and rooftop bars. I will definitely come back
