El servicio excelente. La hotel manager Hajiba es muy atenta. Desde que llegamos estuvo muy atenta y nos dio todo tipo de atenciones.

My stay at Fes Heritage Boutique Luxury Hotel was truly exceptional. From the first moment of arrival, the hospitality, professionalism, and warm atmosphere made me feel at home. The hotel is elegant, very clean, and beautifully maintained in every detail. The staff were consistently kind, respectful, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Special thanks to Ms. Hajiba for her outstanding care and continuous support to all guests. I would also like to thank Chef Rachid for the delicious food and excellent restaurant service. The reception team, housekeeping staff, and everyone working at the hotel contributed to making my stay comfortable and memorable. The location is also excellent and convenient for exploring Fez. I truly felt like part of a family during my 11-night stay.

Very modern clean and comfortable hotel; we were treated as vip by the manager who upgraded us to a suite; it’s an hotel for groups but the individual guests coming via booking are given a privileged attention by the manager and the staff ; parking at the door and perfect location to visit all parts of the city

De vrouwelijke manager is heel erg aanwezig. Van bij het ontbijt tot aan het slapengaan is zij drukdoende in de lobby en de eetzalen. Zij onderneemt alles om te zorgen dat individuele reizigers afgeschermd worden van de aanwezige groepen. Zo werd het ontbijt dan in een aparte rustige kamer geserveerd. We verbleven gezien de upgrade in een suite met goed bed, verschillende zetels, een terras en een comfortabele moderne BK met inloopdouche. Het ontbijt, gedekt op tafel, was meer dan overvloedig voor 2 pers: verschillende soorten verse en andere kaas, verschillende soorten vleesbeleg, meerdere smaken confituur en honing, fruitsap, warme dranken, stokbrood, typisch marokkaans brood, bereidde eieren volgens wens, een nutella pancake, meerdere soorten zoet gebak, gedroogd fruit allerhande, een yoghurtje, fruitsla...enz
We genoten tevens een gratis diner. Dagelijks offreerde men ons flessen water, vers fruit en koekjes op de kamer.

Excellent location and wonderful hospitality. The staff really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The customer service is definitely 5 Star plus. Hajima their Manager was Awesome! Definitely a place to be in if you're visiting Fes.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel :
Son équipement, sa propreté, son emplacement ( Un carrefour entre l'ancienne et nouvelle ville de Fès ) son personnel gentil , chaleureux et accueillant.
Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Mme Hajiba qui nous a choisi une magnifique chambre avec une belle vue sur la médina et qui a été à nos petits soins.
Je vous conseille vivement cet hôtel 👍

Everything is great

Our stay at the hotel was great. The highlight of our stay was the manager of the hotel, madam Hajiba (Ardan). This lady went out of her way to host us. We felt like royalty. She booked for us restaurants, arranged transport from one place to another etc. She does all this while being cheerful and welcoming.

She made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Our visit to Fes wouldn’t be the same without her.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The property is just 3 minutes from the Medina of Fes and about a 20-minute walk to the Chouara Tannery, which made exploring really easy.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary suite upgrade, dinner, and a full-course breakfast.

A special shoutout to the manager, Hajiba Ardan, who took care of every little detail for us, she was amazing. This stay was genuinely memorable, and I’d highly recommend it.

In Fes sollte Geburtstag gefeiert werden, deshalb haben wir uns nach einem besseren Hotel umgeschaut und wir sollten unsere Entscheidung nicht bereuen. Prima, dass wir unser Auto direkt am Hoteleingang parken konnten. Das herzliche Willkommen, das wunderschöne Zimmer mit Blick über die Medina von Fes, das sehr gute Bett, das ausgezeichnete Frühstück, das keines unserer Wünsche offen lies. Für uns, einfach perfekt. Der Geburtstag fing dann mit einem wunderbar dekorierten Tisch und noch mehr marokkanischen Leckereien an, unser Zimmer wurde mit Blumen dekoriert und zum Abendessen wurden wir eingeladen. Da durfte dann die Geburtstagstorte - und das Geburtstagsständchen auch nicht fehlen. Das Haman ist ebenfalls eine Empfehlung wert, das Geburtstagskind hat den Aufenthalt sehr genossen:) Es war einfach nur toll. Ganz herzlichen Dank an die wundervolle Managerin Frau Hajiba und das ganze Hotelteam für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt, an den wir uns sicherlich mit großer Freude erinnern werden.
