I definitely felt it was worth the money and will probably be coming back with my own family!
Pros:

I loved the safety of the gate and the pool & hot tub. I also loved the view and it was a perfect size for us. Easy beach access

Cons:

You can hear a lot of noise.

We did live that it had entry to the ocean with wash stations , the restaurant on site made meals convenient, we went at a busy time so only got to get in one pool one time , and it was clean and the kids enjoyed it .

Cons:

The parking situation is horrendous , And nothing our specific owner could do but if you can avoid planning events here I would ! The staff across the bridge for the event center was horrendous ! Not a great event center !

Happier to leave than to stay.
Pros:

We stayed at the property because my daughter was in a dance competition at the event center on the grounds.

Cons:

There is a lot not to like. 1. Everything in the unit is incredibly dated and needs a massive refresh. Things were moldy and dirt. 2. The property is advertised with tennis courts, pickle ball courts, etc. None of these are included. You have to pay for everything. That should be advertised. 3. The thermostat wasn’t working for most of the stay so it was hot and very humid in the unit.

Overall, a very good place to stay with direct beach access and plenty of activites for familes.
Pros:

Our stay was comfortable and convenient to stores and to nearby activities. Proximity to the beach was great. Access was easy and the facilities were wonderful. We especially enjoyed the pools, restaurant and views.

We were all in all pleased with our stay and hope to visit again

Cons:

Could have been cleaned a little better between stays. The rugs were very dirty, there was still laundry in both the washer and dryer from the previous stay.
