Very comfortable, well-stocked. Very thoughtful designs and amenities. Definitely a great place to stay!
The condo is great. The only drawback to the complex is that it can get really crowded on the beach.
Close to grocery stores and other places to get food. Nice view from the balcony! There was a nice kitchen with appliances, which we really appreciated. The bedding was clean and just enough for extra use.
The unit was outdated and not perfectly clean. Furniture was dusty, in shower was mold in the ceiling corners and faucet. As we walked in, the sand was felt on the floor. It was very humid inside. Droplets of water were dripping down from the ceiling and conditioner vents. Unfortunately, there was only a sponge mop which I could use to clean the floor in shower, so no one would slip and fall. There was a rug but it got wet pretty fast and it took forever for it to dry. The same with towels. We used dryer to dry them.
Excellent location plus the room is facing the beach. It is like a paradise! The owner (Charles) is nice. Kitchen and all rooms are clean. Bedrooms clean and comfy.

I love the location. We really loved the pool, had grandbabies with us and the ocean was closed due to double red flags, so we stayed at the pool most of the time. Edgewater is great with activities and we love it!

I loved the safety of the gate and the pool & hot tub. I also loved the view and it was a perfect size for us. Easy beach access
You can hear a lot of noise.
We did live that it had entry to the ocean with wash stations , the restaurant on site made meals convenient, we went at a busy time so only got to get in one pool one time , and it was clean and the kids enjoyed it .
The parking situation is horrendous , And nothing our specific owner could do but if you can avoid planning events here I would ! The staff across the bridge for the event center was horrendous ! Not a great event center !
