La habitación era cómoda y climatizada

Me intentaron extorsionar hoy después de salir del hotel, ya estando a punto de abordar el avión, me llamo una persona que se identificó como parte de la administración del hotel, me pidieron que regresara al hotel porque supuestamente se habia activado un código rojo por un vehículo con reporte de robo, y un comandante nos tenia que interrogar, que incluso saliera de la fila por las buenas, para no tener que pedírmelo de otra manera (como si la administración del hotel tuviera esa facultad legal), y que ellos se encargarían de hospedarme y conseguirme un vuelo el día de mañana, pero insistieron mucho en que tenía que regresar al hotel, obviamente fue alguien que tuvo acceso a mi nombre completo, mi número telefónico y mis datos de la estancia en su hotel, ya sea directamente del hotel o incluso de la aplicación....ademas de que al principio todo bien, la persona de recepción muy amable, pero no me gustó que primero dijeran que yo habia pedido meter una persona más a la habitación, cuando yo no lo solicité tampoco que personal de transporte que si bien creo que no estaba directamente ligado al hotel, si tenía relación con los trabajadores, estaban bebiendo y le invitaron una "cuba" a mi acompañante, y el domingo no limpiaron la habitación, su argumento fue que los domingos no limpian las recámaras, la taza del baño no funcionaba bien...

La ubicación es muy buena, cercano de la playa pero sin los ruidos de los bares

Cons:

La limpieza pudo ser mejor, y quizá en ello esté el que las hormigas invadan el cuarto, lo cual es molesto. El wi-fi también es algo deficiente, podría mejorar.

Do not stay there, it is a mile away from civilization.

Cons:

The location is terrible , in the middle of nowhere. The property didn’t coffee let alone breakfast, and you are a mile away from civilization. It is an area that has been stopped from building due to politician corruption (big surprised) so we were in between unfinished buildings all over the place. Find something in proper zicatella.

Stay somewhere else if you can
Pros:

The staff is very attentive to all needs and requests we made in our stay. There's a water dispenser on every floor which helps a lot.

Cons:

The hotel is located in the middle of two touristic areas, so you will have to walk, at least 10 min, to get a restaurant or anything.
The value for the money is not the best. There's an evident need of maintenance to the rooms and a lack of toiletries that I'd expect to be better for the price.
Rooms are clean. Although we had to change the room because we found bugs in the beds. Presumably not bed bugs but generated a sense of uneasy feeling in our stay.

Salvó mis vacaciones
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, el tamaño de la habitación y la limpieza.
Al principio rente otro lugar pero tuve una pésima experiencia y cancelé, posteriormente llegué a este hotel y la experiencia fue muy buena y salvó mis vacaciones. Excelente!

Cons:

Todo bien, solo la alberca un poco clorada más de lo normal y el internet falla un poco, pero hasta donde se es algo normal en Puerto Escondido.

Tolles kleines Hotel am Strand zum fairen Preis.
Pros:

Sehr familiäres Hotel in bester Strandlage. Zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig. Wir waren insgesamt neun Personen in drei Zimmern und hatten auch zwei mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen dabei, die anstandslos ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss bekamen. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch der Inhaber hat oft mit uns gesprochen, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Der Pool ist sauber, das ganze Hotel ist sicher, sauber und gepflegt. Ausstattung ist modern. Warmwasserversorgung durch Solarenergie, Wasserspender mit gekühltem Wasser auf jeder Etage. Keine Plastikflaschen nötig, großes Plus. Von der Dachterrasse prima Überblick zum Meer und nach Puerto. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Pros:

Nice little hotel with pool (didn't use it) the beach was close. Comfortable room, bed was comfy too. Shower had good pressure, hot and cold water temperature. Not that you need hot, but it is available. Everything worked fine in the room. we only needed hangers but we asked for them. Communication was great. If there was no one at the front desk I would only ring them and they will come an assist. Even though it is in Zicatela area it is quite around which is nice as during the evening is quite. The area around although lonely at night is safe, so didn't consider that as an issue. Very close to Zicatela Market. We liked our stay so we stayed again when were back in Puerto Escondido after having exploring other nearby towns.

Cons:

Amenities as shampoo would be appreciated.

Cons:

No vi shampoo de pelo.crei estaba mas cerca de zona comercial de zicatela. En la noche calles muy solas y poco oscura donde esta el hotel
