Pros:

The pod we stayed in was really clean, modern and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was amazing and the staff who served us our lunch were friendly and give us everything we needed.

Cons:

We had a latte for breakfast on our first morning, and the service was good and the waitress was friendly, but the following day another waitress said we don't do lattes, even though we'd already had one the day before.
She then came over a little later with two lattes and said, "I was expecting more people, so I've had time to make them for you." I was surprised as we would have been prepared to wait a little longer if she were busy but she basically refused to make them. It did come across that the waitress wouldn't make these drinks if she was busier which I've never heard of before considering we were residents and had paid for our breakfast. It was our last day and we came for a nice breakfast to round off a good trip but this left us disappointed as we'd enjoyed our stay up until this moment. We decided to leave early as a result of the experience even though we had a later check-out and planned on staying a little longer before all of this.
Other than this one moment with this waitress the other staff were exceptional and very attentive to our needs but one moment makes a lasting impression which is unfortunate.

Great food, cute historical building and great service
Pros:

Staff were awesome, food exceptional and very comfortable bed and large roomy bedroom and bathroom!

Cons:

We didn’t realise that for stays over 1 night the housekeeping service did not come, we stayed 5 nights, we asked for the room to be serviced and they were happy to oblige, so it was dealt with successfully.

Fantastic
Pros:

We stayed in one of the hot tub lodges that was very well appointed and comfortable. The restaurant was delicious and staff were incredibly lovely.
