Cons:

Perfect location close to the train station easy to get about the only issue was having to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the room. There is no lift but otherwise it’s a very good unit and I would recommend anyone staying here. It’s very large for Tokyo.

整體來說非常不錯，而且工作人員都非常親切
Pros:

距離日比谷線入谷駅非常近，交通非常方便，附近就有7-11和Lawson，因為位於住宅區，民宿附近非常安靜，能夠體驗與大都市不同的緩慢氛圍，設備一應具全，包含廚房用品、微波爐和洗衣機，整個房間讓我有種回老家的感覺。

Cons:

浴室熱水很燙，但轉一點點冷水後會瞬間變得超冷，然後床架老闆表示能承重200公斤，但是那靜態承重，實際上如果體重很重的人，你就算輕輕躺上去，都會感受到明顯晃動和床架的摩擦聲，更何況睡覺會翻身之類的，而且床腳明顯有稍微傾斜，導致我不太敢睡在上面。

Pros:

취사,세탁 시설 있어서 좋고,주택가에 위치해 조용하다.
주변에 1분거리 큰 편의점 2개나 있다.3명이 서 지내기에 방도 넉넉하다.

Cons:

엘리베이터가 없고, 계단이 좁다. 바로바로 쓰레기 버릴 곳이 안보여 5박6일 동안 쓰레기를 방 쓰레기통에 두었다. 욕실 샴푸, 바디워시까지만 있으니 나머지는 준비해서 가야합니다.

Not a beautiful space, but worked for our needs after a long day.
Pros:

The room was larger than most hotel rooms. Washer available with hangers. Close to Iriya Station. Air cond is nice and cold. Hostel next to a daycare.

Cons:

The room was more shabby than what is shown in the photo. The toilet was like in a closet sized space. Would have been great to have some laundry detergent.
