Pros:

Value for money and location near Ueno station and shopping. Host is very helpful and easy to reach out to.

Cons:

Actual room is bit smaller than the photos but we understand that this is standard especially in Tokyo. Overall we had a wonderful stay!!

Cons:

Perfect location close to the train station easy to get about the only issue was having to walk up two flights of stairs to get to the room. There is no lift but otherwise it’s a very good unit and I would recommend anyone staying here. It’s very large for Tokyo.

整體來說非常不錯，而且工作人員都非常親切
Pros:

距離日比谷線入谷駅非常近，交通非常方便，附近就有7-11和Lawson，因為位於住宅區，民宿附近非常安靜，能夠體驗與大都市不同的緩慢氛圍，設備一應具全，包含廚房用品、微波爐和洗衣機，整個房間讓我有種回老家的感覺。

Cons:

浴室熱水很燙，但轉一點點冷水後會瞬間變得超冷，然後床架老闆表示能承重200公斤，但是那靜態承重，實際上如果體重很重的人，你就算輕輕躺上去，都會感受到明顯晃動和床架的摩擦聲，更何況睡覺會翻身之類的，而且床腳明顯有稍微傾斜，導致我不太敢睡在上面。
