الفندق رائع وجميل والموقع اجمل

لم يعجبني تصرف المسئول عن الباركنات للفندق أخبرني بعدم وجود باركنات سفليه وعند ذهابي لحارس الأمن للباركن أخبرني بوجود عدة مواقف شاغره وأخبرني سياسة الفندق تجبر النزيل حتى يتمكن من الوقوف احظار كرت خاص بالباركنات ولم يمكنني بالدخول وتركني انتظر في درجة حرارة عاليه قرابة 45 ومع العلم واصل من سفر وبعد أداء فريضة العمره بوجهة نظري تصرف غير موفق وغير لائق هذا التعامل

Reception staffs, over all experience.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike but if the Hotel bus leave time from Haram to Hotel after Isha prayer can be delayed additional 15 minutes would be helpful in many ways. Example, may want to buy something from street or buy a food item.If bus can wait additional 15mins will be great.
