الثناء كان في غير محله
المفارش لم تغير عند قدومي بل كانت مستعمله وعند طلب تغيرها كان العامل متضايق جدا وره غير لائق
الطاولات كانت غبار
تم طلب نعل للحمام ( سليبر ) وتأخر تلبيه الطلب وعند عودتي وجدتها في خزانه الملابس ؟ ؟؟؟
عند تبليغ الاداره بالموضوع تم افادتي بانه سيتم التواصل معي واكملت 4 ايام لاحياه لكن تنادي

Pour un long séjour il est préférable de prendre cet hôtel

Le parfum a l’entrée
La propreté des lieux
La taille des chambres
Les grands couloirs
L’accueil à la réception et les conseils du responsable sur nos divers questions
Le taxi qu’ils réservent pour le déplacement à l’aéroport
La ponctualité de la navette pour Al-Haram
Le très grand nombres de boutiques en face de l’hôtel à l’abris du soleil et divers jeux pour enfants.
L’hôpital si besoin à côté de l’hôtel et, le calme autour.

Cons:

Il est vrai que la mosquée est loin, s’y rendre a pied n’est pas aisée.

نظافة الغرفه

Cons:

الموقع جداً سيء في حارة الهنداوية ولا يوجد خدمات قريبه فقط بقاله صغيره يحيط بها بيوت عشوائية في الليل تجد اشخاص غير مرغوب فيهم ابدا وهم من العماله السائبة

Overall stay was brilliant and for the price it was amazing.
Pros:

Very clean and have all the facilities you’ll need including gym, mosque and shuttle.
Staff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Shuttle service could be improved. One bus and timings are far apart, not as frequent as we liked.
It would be great if someone could guide new customers about where the shuttle will be and where it’ll pick up on return from Haram, as it wasn’t the same place.
