Location - beachfront with lovely seaview from room, a selection of places to eat and several convenice stores all within a short stroll. Hallim Park is only a 5 min walk from the hotel. Can also get to several other popular attractions easily by Uber taxi - Osulloc Tea Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art, the beautiful Spirited Gardens and the must-see Arte Museum of Jeju.
Don't be put off by the comparatively simple decor of the room. The main thing is everything works. The walkin shower is so spacious and easy to use. It is way better than some 5 star hotel bathrooms I have ever used in my well over 40 years experience of travelling around the world.
I like that it was at a convenient location. the beach is right across the hotel. The parking lot was. accessible and right across. It is within walking distance to restaurant and store and local small shops. Also Olive Young is right next door which was convenient bc we forgot our facial products. It’s not my type of hotel i typically stayed at but it’s not bad. This is our first time in Jeju as well.
It needs some minor renovations or upgrade showcasing the hotel better being it’s right by the beach. the front desk could be better bc upon getting there i was kinda worried bc it looked like bar/club setting at first.
The location is great and the fact that you can see the sunset from the room over Hyeopjae beach.
The facility overall. They can do better!
The property looks great from the outside and is super close to the shops with beach views which is great. Large windows allow you to really soak it in. Rooms are spacious and the beds are king/ super king which is nice. The aircon worked well.
For a 3* rated hotel and the price tag we were slightly disappointed - there was no staff at the reception anytime we walked by, not even to check us in. When we did talk to them they were pretty rude, like when we tried to pay for the room the manager didn’t even get off a personal phone call he was on so I had to wait to request the towels until he was done. No tea or coffee provided in room. No water station to fill up bottles. We didn’t receive large towels, had to ask for them twice as they kept taking them away. The interior was dated and the rooms (especially bathrooms) could really do with a thorough scrub clean - it wasn’t yucky but you can tell that it’s only ever surface wiped down.
Overall fine but not in line with the photos / price point.

Really good location next to the beach. You have to visit Hallim Park (by foot) and it's lava tubes there - just take some mosquito spray with you :-)
During peak days it might be difficult to find a parking space.

The views were amazing
Front desk wasn't manned when we arrived. There was a self checkin kiosk. Butbit didn't recognise booking .com
Room was updated and air conditioning was up to the task on a very hot day. View from the room was nice, but there’s a road and power lines between it and the ocean. Free parking in back and laid back atmosphere. We loved it!
This beach is lovely and we really liked the Korean way of beach enjoyment. Total cultural experience.

Location was great that there is a beach right in front of it and the view was nice.
The room did not match the photo and the facilities inside the room needs a lot of maintenance. The window and bathroom was dirty. Bathroom towel was not provided and the room had a weird smell. All things considered, the hotel is very overpriced.
Location 100%. Directly in front of the beach with lots of nearby restaurants. You really pay for the location.
You can also bring takeouts to the rooftop area of the hotel where you can see the beach.
Weren’t the cleanest. Depends on which “ocean view” room you get, you’ll only see about 30% of the ocean from the window. Not that soundproof, you can hear everything happening in the corridors.
