Pros:

I had booked a 26-square-meter room, but upon arrival, I was given a very small room of about 5 square meters, without any windows, no wardrobe, and no elevator access to the 4th floor. The bed sheets and pillows were extremely dirty, the mattress was in terrible condition, and the bathroom was broken and filthy.

When I complained to the receptionist, he refused to help or cancel my booking. Instead, he told me to “do whatever you want” and spoke to me in a very rude and sarcastic way.

Thjs was my second stay at the hotel. It satisfies the criteria I set for my short stay.

Pros:

Bila je dobra komunikacija i dogovor sa vlasnikom hotela. Bio je nenamerni nesporazum u vezi sobe ali nam je vrlo brzo izašao u susret i rešio problem. Vraćam se ponovo.

Shodno ceni uslovi su sasvim u redu ali bi mogli srediti neke sitnice poput brave u nekim sobama, da imaju daljinski za klimu i slično
