Pros:

Tolle Lage, mit der Bahn in 15 Min zu den Landungsbrücken.
Service sehr freundlich. Zimmer sauber und für einen Städtetrip super.
Parken war auf dem Grundstück kostenfrei.

Achtung Kakerlaken!!!!

Unkompliziert und günstig in der Buchung und Check In.

Cons:

Extrem schlechter Zustand. Sehr dreckig, überall spinnen und Spinnenweben im Zimmer (was ich aber tolerieren würde) aber als mir dann eine Kakerlake über den Weg lief, war der Spaß vorbei. Das ist inakzeptabel. Ich erwarte zu diesem Preis keinen Luxus und bin hart im Nehmen, aber meine niedrigen Erwartungen wurden noch weiter unterboten. Eine einzige Fechheit!

La cama era cómoda,pero todo muy MUY SUCIO.

Mierda en la habitación por todos lados...sin barrer...el ascensor estaba roto....la clave del WiFi me la dieron 5 horas después....sin información de la clave. La recepcionista tenía mucha prisa por irse....no me explico nada en absoluto. Un toma las llaves que me voy....el televisor estaba de adorno...faltan muebles...muy viejo todo. Y PODIA SEGUUR.....

Der Gesamteindruck war erschreckend. Das Gebäude erschien, als stünde es direkt vor dem Abriß. Der Eingangsbereich war bereits unsauber, baufällig und einem Hotel nicht würdig. Mehrere Müllbeutel empfangen den Gast bevor er zur Rezeption geleitet wird. Zimmer, Betten und Sanitärbereich passen eher zu einer "Absteige" als zu einem Hotel ...

Das schlimmste Hotel in dem wir je waren. Bezahlt lieber woanders etwas mehr.

Mitarbeiter war freundlich.

Cons:

Tiere im Zimmer, es hat gestunken und es war dreckig. Überall Haare, Staub, Badezimmer war Katastrophe. Alle Armaturen dreckig und verkalkt. Wir haben uns echt geekelt und waren froh, dass die Nacht vorbei war.
Lage ist auch nicht gut, direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, es war sehr laut.
Eine Küche war aufgebaut, Bauanleitungen, Bauschutt und Handwerkszeug noch in den Schränken gewesen, kein fließendes Wasser oder Küchenzubehör. Vollkommen sinnfrei
