Excellent, professional and outstanding services
Pros:

Mr Manoj had very excellent customer care , They also have a customer help desk incase you want to inquire anything regarding their services , I booked a private AC with premium services and I was satisfied. Hindustan by backpackers Heaven is located at 2503 Nalwa street, China Mandi , New Dheli

Buen hotel en Pahargang
Pros:

El hotel en cuanto a limpieza y trato de lo mejor que vas a encontrar en la india,es un poco caro pero merece la pena pagar dos o tres euros mas

So the hotel do not serve any food.They said u have to order food from outside.Secondly the tv was not working.Thirdly there ac has some seepage problem due to which there is to much noise in ac and difficult to sleep.Fourtly they provide fake bill in ms word to avoid tax which I will be complaining to national consumer helpline for action.And fifth is they loot foreigner by selling 20 rs bottle for rs 300 the manger Tanveer told me.And one more the rating on booking.com is high because they ask for rating to provide bill.Especially foreigner please do not come the loot u and avoid it

Pros:

The staff was kind and they sent a driver to pick me from the airport which was very convenient.

Cons:

As a female solo traveler I will not recommend the dorms, I didn't feel comfortable and safe so I moved to a private room.
Cleaning is very basic.

It was a 7 member dorm for us and each had a different charger, bathroom was clean and comfortable. Tanvir and manoj was very welcoming to the property
