Everything!!! The property is the best around the area
The construction work around We couldn’t really enjoy the getaway for 2 days and one night. I’m not too happy about it. The property should inform the client about the the situation because the work is happening almost everywhere around the property .
All of it!
Only that my trip had to move on!
The property is beautiful and has a lot of history.
Peace and quiet.
Location was beautiful
Ants everywhere and ac not working
It was under construction but still felt homey and comfortable.
Not really a negative thing but we stayed in 173 and the showerhead in the wall in shower had a leak if you directed it a certain way. Probably just needs a new gasket.

Close to the resturaunt.
Construction blocked views.
We stayed in the Highlands. It was peaceful and quiet. Great parking.
Meals should be discounted if you stay at the facilities.
Did not eat the breakfast --too expensive
No complaints considering the purpose of our trip.
The staff was friendly and courteous. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The property is under renovation.

Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful surroundings.
Enjoyed the balcony/deck with a nice view.
Nothing comes to my mind.
I have been coming to Dillard House since I was a little, now I am an older lady, the food was terrible. Biscuits were cold and tasteless, the dinner was even worse. If administration does not improve the restaurant will not make it.
Find someone that can cook the food right
We liked the location to the wedding venue that we attended. We were happy that we had chairs on the patio to enjoy the view. The bathroom was nice but could use a table to put toiletries and hooks on the door or wall to hang our clothes while showering. We like having a the refrigerator because brought cheese and wine, and left overs from meals when we ate out.
We were informed of road construction but we were not informed of the construction and renovations happening on the property. I was disappointed with that. The bed was a little too hard for us and the stink bugs were everywhere. They buzzed the bedroom all night. It would have been nice to have a small table on the patio so that we could set down our drinks while enjoying the view. We read the instructions to switch on the fan when using the fireplace, and we did, however, smoke still entered the room. As a result, the room and our clothes smelled of smoke all weekend. Also, the bathroom sink does not have a large cabinet, which made it difficult to set out our toiletries. Having a small table in the bathroom would help significantly. We didn't eat on the property, because we believe the prices were too high. There should have been a discount due to the renovations and having to move meals into the conference center.
Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The staff were very friendly.
There was black mold around the bathtub caulk. You had to hold down the flushing knob in order for toilet to flush completely. Room was dated.
Breakfast was typical hotel meal. Dining staff seem disorganized and overwhelmed.
Food could be much better.
My wife was there for a Women's Retreat from our church in Roswell. I tagged along for 2 nights - not 1.
I was really frustrated that there was no clue how to get back to the rolling TV "menu". I went looking for college football on Fri. night with no success! Got help from "Lee". Why not indicate on your "how to use the TV sheet" that "10" is the desired button?? Also, had trouble getting the wifi. Did get help from the office. I should have checked my iPad for available wifi spots. Learned a lesson.
We were upgraded to a nicer room for no extra charge. The room was very big!! The beds were comfortable. The view was beautiful.
