Nice place to stay with no complaints !
Pros:

Very friendly staff, excellent food, clean, comfortable beds. Fresh air , a bit of a walk to town but doable .

Pros:

Lage für Autofahrer sehr gut, für Fußgänger zu weit vom Zentrum Kilkenny entfernt.

Pros:

Mooie locatie, prima diner en ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel

Cons:

Het dekbed was te smal en te kort. Bovendien is het erg gehorig, de deuren maken erg veel lawaai als ze dichtvallen

Cons:

There are thin walls and you can hear your neighbors. Noises from the outside hall echo and can be loud. These are rooms above a bar and a restaurant, you check in with the bartender but this was not described or explained to us so check-in was confusing.

Property was great however a little too far out from main part of town. Thankfully there was a testuarant/pub
Pros:

Clean quiet and comfortable
Dinner choices were great and the items we ordered were excellent - thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of space in the bar areas and a really lovely feel. Staff were very warm friendly and do pleasant and so very accommodating- nothing was too much trouble

Breakfast options are limited and items ordered were basic
