Don’t stay in Interlaken it’s over priced

Cons:

The bathroom shower curtain,
Shower in bathtub which was very high
No new towels for 3 days

It's not *** hotel. Poor hygiene. No telephone in the room. Ala carte Breakfast for only one hour with very limited options.

Just that they wud make the bed and clean toilet everyday

Cons:

The most required character for running a hotel business is hospitality. Which lacked there completely. This hotel is run for minting money from upper class ppl. They dont value all the customers basic respect is not there . Everywhere rules are stuck feels like we have gone to a hostel with a strict warden . Definitely will not recommend this place for a vacation stay. 🙏🏻🙏🏻save your money . We did a mistake by booking here for 5 days .

Pontos positivos: localização boa; dá para ir a pé para a estação Interlaken Ost, que liga a cidade a Grindelwald e Lauterbrunnen. Fica na frente do lago. Tem locker para deixar as malas antes do check-in ou depois do check-out.

Cons:

Ponto negativo: Tem que andar um pouco pela estrada, o que é desagradável quando tem que carregar mala. Quarto simples.

fantastische, ruhige Lage direkt am Fluss mit herrlichem Bergpanorama, Zimmer sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und höflich.
Am Abreisetag wurden wir unaufgefordert und kostenlos zum Bahnhof gebracht - ein toller Service.

Cons:

Ein (Holz-)zaun statt der rot-weißen Absperrbänder im Gartenbereich vor Zimmern.

Pros:

Ótimo atendimento e ótima localização. Muito próximo a estação. Os funcionários são muitos receptivos e atenciosos, tem paciência com quem não fala outras línguas. Os quartos são excelentes, muitos espaçosos e confortáveis. Caso retorne alguma dia para essa cidade, com certeza irei escolher essa hospedagem.

the location was good, easy accessible and parking. very great views and spacious room, also the ability to sit outside next to river is very much enjoyable.

The room needed some maintenance, in example the safety locker was not working battery cover was missing as some batteries.

這裡媞茚喥村，甴茚喥亾經營，住啲夶蔀汾嘟媞茚喥亾，旁邊僦媞露營營地，从车站走路过去起码要30分钟以上，而且要经过马路，澮ㄋ三仟六百哆塊亾民幣住ㄋ①鎵汽車賓館，房間設施極差，除ㄋ旁邊小河風景還恏，沒冇任何値嘚推薦啲哋方。服務亾員態度超級惡劣，原本說恏車站接亾卻百般不願意，繳費才肯接；離開啲埘候讓莪們自己叫車，嚮祂們詢問問題，始終讓莪們自己去網丄查訊息，整趟入住過程服務態度全程惡劣。前台平時基本冇亾值守，冇冇行李寄存服務，從來沒遇見過態度這麼差啲服務員，仿佛莪們冇付住宿費一樣。這筆花銷，放在蘇黎世、曰內瓦嘟夠入住星級酒店ㄋ。
