I left immediately and demanded a refund which I got MINUS the 3% fee for using a credit card to pay. Sleep on the beach

Broken window latch so you couldn't close window. Noisy and got.
AC DIDN’T WORK.
Place is very low rent.
I left immediately and demanded my money back.
Which they refunded but not the 3% fee for card use.
Steer clear of this place.
Oh yea, They said this was their best room.

The photos on Booking are clearly outdated and no longer reflect reality. It looks like the renovation was done many years ago: the walls are worn, and everything feels old and run-down.

There is construction nearby, so it is very noisy.

The refrigerator in the room smelled so strongly of fish that it was impossible to use, so I did not use it during my entire stay.

When we checked in, we found someone else’s underwear behind the door, which says a lot about the quality of the cleaning.

There is also a serious issue with safety: someone was smoking, the fire alarm went off, and instead of dealing with the problem, the staff simply turned the alarm off. This makes it seem like there is no proper fire safety at all.

The only positive thing about this place is that the staff are friendly.

I do not recommend it.

I left my room key in the room. I asked the front desk to open the door for me. He told me that if I lost it, I would have to pay a compensation of 200,000.After opening the room and finding the card, the front desk staff left without saying a word.The next day when I wanted to extend my stay, the boss asked me to pay more money. I have stayed in all kinds of hotels before and the price for extending the stay is always the same as the previous one. I requested the same price, but the boss firmly refused, saying it was not possible. In their opinion, whether I stay or not doesn't matter. Later, I went to Hoi An and was very glad that I stayed at a hotel there.

Pros:

Номер небольшой, но комфортный: много розеток, всегда есть горячая вода (свой бойлер). Удобная кровать, уборка по требованию. Есть холодильник, кондиционер слабенький, но это как раз неплохо, охлажает комнату. Есть чайник, но нет стаканов) Отель близко от пляжа и от кафешек. Отличный вайфай в любое время суток. Замечательный персонал, девушки на рецепшене помогут решить любые вопросы

Нет шкафа для одежды, только штанга с вешалками. Стиль комнаты белый с синим и выглядел бы стильно с идеально чистыми стенами. Вид из окна на стену соседнего дома

Pros:

Im Großen und Ganzen alles sehr zufrieden stellend. Haus ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber dennoch weitgehend sauber Personal war hilfsbereit, auch wenn das englischen nicht optimal war. Die Lage in der Nähe vom Strand und mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten war auch gut.
