Great location 2 blocks from the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room was a nice size.
This is an old, somewhat rundown hotel. My room was clean but had mold on the wall and ceiling. There is no separation between the shower and toilet, which is not uncommon in VN, but there was also nowhere to put the soap/shampoo other than the floor. There was a water heater but shower came out lukewarm at best. Not a problem for me since it's hot outside so a cool shower felt good but it's worth noting.

Dirty. Tv did not work. Power breaker kept going off. Staff did not care, would not provide another room. Would not give late check out
Very comfy stay and lovely bright room. Nice to have the mini bar and snacks as an option as it was appreciated after a long journey! Super close to the beach and lovely coffee shops near by. Friendly and welcoming staff :)
TV did not work unless you had your own HDMI cable but this didn’t ruin our stay!

It was a terrible place. So dingy. Out of date and gross.
The photos on Booking are clearly outdated and no longer reflect reality. It looks like the renovation was done many years ago: the walls are worn, and everything feels old and run-down.
There is construction nearby, so it is very noisy.
The refrigerator in the room smelled so strongly of fish that it was impossible to use, so I did not use it during my entire stay.
When we checked in, we found someone else’s underwear behind the door, which says a lot about the quality of the cleaning.
There is also a serious issue with safety: someone was smoking, the fire alarm went off, and instead of dealing with the problem, the staff simply turned the alarm off. This makes it seem like there is no proper fire safety at all.
The only positive thing about this place is that the staff are friendly.
I do not recommend it.
