Clean and comfortable. Organisation spoilt this initially from being a really good stay

Did the job for what we were looking for
Easy access to it (few different stations all around 10 min walk away)

Cons:

Organisation of the person communicating pre arrival.
After an international flight, and a nightmare travelling from the airport into the city, we were told the completely incorrect metro stations nearest to the accomodation which resulted us going to the one they said to walk from and then it turning out it was a 30 min walk away so we had to speak with a few station workers to try and help us find the actual correct station nearest to where we were staying.
Not good at all.

Also note. You need Japanese Yen cash so you can travel using the metro and also acquire a Suica card.

又是非お世話になりたいお部屋です。
Pros:

静かな住宅街なのに、コンビニやスーパーも駅も近く便利です。部屋の中には説明書があり、ゴミの分別の仕方からそれぞれの器具の使用方法等も一目で分かる様になっています。トイレットペーパーやティッシュ、洗濯用洗剤・手洗い石鹸・食器用洗剤等やごみ袋迄、直ぐに住み始めるのに困らない様に用意されて居て驚きました。オーナーさんの返答が何時も非常に速く、住む前からとても安心でした。風呂場には乾燥機能も付いているので、洗濯機で朝洗った物が夕方にはしっかり乾いている事が多いです。玄関前には大きな吸い殻入れがあり、ビニール傘も用意されていました。1階だったのも助かりました。

Cons:

部屋の形が特殊で、自分たちに使いやすい様に机や椅子を配置し直すのに多少苦労しました。入口の靴棚に小物を入れる事は出来ますが、洋服の小物類を整理して入れる所が無かったので、吊り棚を購入したのですが、それでも少し不便でした。お風呂の乾燥機能を最大限に利用するには大き目の物干しハンガーが必要で、これも購入した後実家に置いて来ました。洋室には部屋干し用竿を通すリングが二つ設置してあったのに竿が無かったのも、少しだけ残念でした。電気ケトルと電子レンジの差し込みをいちいち取り換えなくてはならず、(二股等にして同時には使えないので)これもほんの少しだけ残念でしたが、今迄書いて来た事柄は非常に贅沢な悩みなので、気にならない人の方が多いかも知れません。

住的地方很安靜，附近交通便利也有超商跟超市，我們2人住4人房所以空間比較剛好，如果是4人入住的話可能會有點擁擠，整潔有待加強，沒有像照片這麼乾淨，實際的家具、鍋具都有點破舊

静かな環境で落ち着いた雰囲気の部屋
Pros:

清潔で余計な装飾がなく落ち着いた部屋です。トイレ、バスが別でそれぞれの配置がよい。

Cons:

残念ながら3階まで急で長い階段を上らないといけないこと。洗濯物を干すピンチがない。TVが地上波のみ。

Pros:

Die Unterkunft hatte eine gute Lage. Entweder 5 Minuten zur Metro oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu einer JR Line. Für uns war die Lage perfekt. In der Nähe gab es mehrere Restaurants und Kombini Läden. Auch ein richtiger Supermarkt war sehr nah. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man brauchte.
Die Kommunikation über Booking hat gut funktioniert.

Man sollte auch bedenken, dass eine sehr steile Treppe nach oben führt. Mit Koffern etwas umständlich.

Cons:

Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotels die wir in Japan hatten, war aber noch total in Ordnung.
Im Schlafbereich war es etwas zu kalt vor dem Schlafen gehen, trotz Heizungsgerät das an war. Vielleicht haben wir aber auch nicht die richtige Einstellung hinbekommen.

Narrow, steep staircase! Beware!
Pros:

Good quiet location, great shower. Clean

Cons:

Stairway is very narrow and steep! Quite dangerous for older people or people with disabilities. Would not stay here again for that reason. The room is also really light all night long as the street lights are right outside the window.
