Pros:

We had a wonderful time at this apartment and would definitely recommend it. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Location is very close to metro and there is a good selection of restaurants nearby.
The neighborhood is notably clean and calm. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

Pros:

Wir waren zu tritt und unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war sechs Tage/Nächte.
Die gesamte Abwicklung lief kontaktlos.
Die Wohnung ist sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Die Lage für uns war perfekt. Kurzer Weg zur JR Bahn und Metro. Viele Restaurans und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe.
Somit alles Bestens.

Cons:

Das einzige, was ich eventuell zu bemängeln hätte, sind fehlende Kleiderhaken (zum aufhängen der Handtücher zum Beispiel).

Great value but room for improvement
Pros:

Quiet safe neighborhood close enough to conscience stores, restaurants, and grocery stores. Three metro station stops within a 15 minute or less walk. The washing machine works well and there was enough cookware to use for cooking. There is a lot of closet space. The toilet is in a separate room from the rest of the bathroom. The self check in process was smooth and the host was nice/very responsive.

Cons:

There were frequently odd and unpleasant smells throughout the apartment coming from under the sink, the drain in the shower, etc. Even though there is a drying function in the shower, clothes didn’t dry that well. Both the bed and the sofa couch were not that comfortable, the main bed was also very noisy every time you got in or out of it. The pictures look nicer than it actually is.

Easy access to it (few different stations all around 10 min walk away)

Cons:

Organisation of the person communicating pre arrival.
After an international flight, and a nightmare travelling from the airport into the city, we were told the completely incorrect metro stations nearest to the accomodation which resulted us going to the one they said to walk from and then it turning out it was a 30 min walk away so we had to speak with a few station workers to try and help us find the actual correct station nearest to where we were staying.
Not good at all.

Also note. You need Japanese Yen cash so you can travel using the metro and also acquire a Suica card.
