Pros:

Good location. Beer shop nearby. Bus stop to the center within walking distance, but you can walk yourself. The room had everything you needed. Well-working heater.

Cons:

Maybe it would be great to have an adapter for a Euro socket in the room. But everything else is ok.

Studio just for sleeping

Location was fine, and its suitable for 4 people

Cons:

It wasn’t very clean (especially the bathroom). The entrance it was kinda difficult to find, and the host didn’t reply faster. The walls are so thin we could clearly listen the conversation in other apartments. The power in the bathroom went off the morning we were checking out, no one fixed that, the host replied sooo late, we had to use a torch to take a shower.

Correct pour le prix.
Pros:

L'appartement est bien situé. Environ 20 minutes de marche pour rejoindre le centre, c'est très bien. La chambre était propre, les équipements sont conformes à la description.

Cons:

Comme cela a déjà été signalé, l'insonorisation entre les chambres est inexistante. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre voisine.....
Par ailleurs, je n'avais reçu aucune consigne pour l'arrivée. Je suis donc arrivé devant une porte close.... Petit moment d'inquiétude.... Au bout de quelques minutes, une personne arrive heureusement, mais c'est un occupant d'une autre chambre, qui m'indique qu'il faut aller à la petite épicerie située à côté. J'aurais aimé le savoir avant d'arriver....

Dirty & Very Disruptive Stay
Pros:

Location and free street parking on residential lane way.

Cons:

The apartment is very dirty. Black mould on walls and tiles. Loads of dust build up on some appliances. See uploaded photos.
TV remote not working. No buttons on old TV to bypass remote.
Guests in room 2 banging on our window at 5am cause they forgot door combination or their room key to get in!

Sorry to say wouldn’t stay here again & the free parking is ons very narrow road which was rammed with cars!

Cons:

Check in was a nightmare. The place was hard to find (no signs), the info I received was not very clear, and the key was not in the lock box where it should have been. To be fair, the host was fast to respond when i sent a whatsapp and brought me the key. The studio was loud with street noise, cold (the heater kept turning itself off) and had several green lights that couldnt be turned off at night... it was relatively clean but the sheets had a few stains and the dishes in the cupboards were oily.

Buona posizione per i tour e a 20min dal centro a piedi-prima notte in una stanza pulita e bella…Ragazzo del negozio di sotto che fa i check in gentilissimo

La seconda notte rientriamo in stanza e troviamo le valigie di altri e le nostre no-si erano sbagliati e le nostre le avevano messe nel negozio sotto pensando stessimo solo 1notte quando avevano letto 4 e sapevano!!!!mancava della roba (obiettivo fotografico e presa corrente-non sapevano che fine avessero fatto e niente scuse o risarcimento)- ci han dato un altra stanza-Lurida con sporco perterra, polvere 5mm sulla tv…e coperte con macchiette di sangue….mai successo in vita mia in tanti anni-anche la doccia era rotta…e vai tu a protestare...assurdo….mai successo in vita mia e pagato 400x 4notti….non dico altro…colpa mia che l’ho scelto-ps 2a recensione negativa in vita mia su piu’di 100posti
