Excellent location and staff - worth your while
Pros:

The room was amazing. we had a balcony with an amazing view. Each morning we would start early and watch the balloons from our own balcony. The staff was very attentive and helped us with everything including laundry and additional amenities. If you are travelling with the family ask for their family room (pricey but good).

Cons:

The wifi wasn't great. Prepare to connect with your own hotspot if you are planning on working at the hotel (or use StarLink). Laundry is in Euro so if you do a bit of laundry prepare to pay a bit more.

Pros:

we stayed in cave suite and it was really good the room and everything.

Cons:

we didnt really like the breakfast it was very few selection of food. Water wasnt free in the hotel we were asked to pay to get water bottle.

Amazing stay at Mithra Caves
Pros:

Location, vibe, Amazing burger from restaurant. The balloon tour was by far amazing!!

Cons:

Not much to not like. If I am being picky, the recommended green tour was not great but I suppose you can’t blame the property entirely for this. Nobody came to pick our bags on checkout so we lugged it down the stairs.

Magical, surreal and stunning!!!!
Pros:

Location, atmosphere and the Mithra team (incredibly welcoming and lovely people).
Alp was super helpful and saved us money on transfers.

Pros:

The hotel is located in the center of Göreme, which is convenient.However,there are many other hotels in the same area offering a similar location,so this was not a significant advantage for us.Apart from the central location,there was nothing particularly special that stood out during our stay.

Cons:

The Cave Suite we stayed in had a strong damp, fungus-like smell that made the room uncomfortable and gave us headaches.There were no windows and the ventilation was very poor,making the room feel stuffy. MWe were disappointed with the condition of the room and would not recommend this particular cave room. In addition, communication with some staff members was difficult due to limited English proficiency.

Location and phenomenal view from the roof top. Also downtown is 2 min walk... Lot of photo ops.. Bigger rooms and of course caves...they will also arrange tours and activities

One of our rooms had an a/c issue and they gave us a fan...

Plain small hotel with helpful staff and a great reception area
Pros:

It’s in a good location. I like to be reception area. The staff is very helpful. There are a couple of great restaurants nearby.
