Emir was great!
The staff was exceptional, they remembered about a birthday and celebrated it with gifts and food for us. Moreover, they were friendly and helpful.
The location is great, good view, beautiful rooms.
The bathtub leaked, however, the staff was helpful and helped with the cleanup.

I stayed in the balloon view lodge and the views did not disappoint. Absolutely breathtaking. The staff were incredible.
Location
• We experienced a very unpleasant stay due to a serious room temperature issue and poor handling by the hotel staff.
• Although the air conditioner was on, the room remained extremely hot despite us complaining more than three times.
• Reception initially instructed us to switch off the power at the entrance, but even after more than an hour the room did not get any cooler.
• When staff finally came to check, instead of fixing the air-conditioning they worked on the plumbing around the wash basin to stop the hot water. The room continued to get warmer and we were sweating heavily. Our pillows even became damp from sweating, making it impossible to sleep.
• At around 1:28 AM we called reception again and insisted on changing rooms. We were first told that no rooms were available. Only after we strongly raised our concern did they agree to move us.
• By the time we were moved, it was almost 2:00 AM. We only managed to rest for about one hour before waking up at 4:30 AM to catch our transport for a hot air balloon activity.
• This caused significant inconvenience, stress, and lack of rest before an important activity. It was very disappointing and certainly not worth the money we paid.
• No one from the hotel took proper responsibility for the situation.
• Given these circumstances, we would like to request appropriate compensation for this stay.
The scenery on the dining area is fantastic . A very good vantage point over Goreme. Can see hot air balloon in the morning while having breakfast. Breakfast spread is simple but nice
The towel and bed sheet don’t look too white . In room Hair dryer was rusty and I asked for another one but they do not have any to loan. Lots of steps around. Not so friendly to elderly . 2 x Parking lots are in front of the hotel entrance up a very steep slope.
I travel with my husband and my little kid on November when arrived first the location super super good because everything is close just walking and go everywhere many restaurants cafeteria shops everywhere them the guys at the front desk was super kind and super attentive they explained everything for us and they offered the traditional te and they accommodate our luggage at the room,the room was super nice clean the smell was amazing and is the first impression,the bed was super comfortable and the room is spacious for us and with beautiful views at balloons in the morning,the terrace is super nice with the beautiful amazing mornings or night’s and the breakfast was delicious every day ,I stayed for four days for get the balloons ride and in the time they offered a package and I take them and I was a amazing experience super organized and the guide Eco show us the real Cappadocia and so glad I did,so super recommended and I just want to come back in summer .
Staff
The staff are very friendly and treat you like a king. Whatever you request, they try their best to fulfill it.
Cleanliness
During winter, it is not easy to maintain cleanliness, but the housekeeping staff put in full effort and work very hard to keep everything clean.
Location
Good location.
I visited Cappadocia for two purposes:
To ride the hot air balloon (successfully done).
To take photos with hot air balloons in the background from a rooftop. However, due to the weather, Mithra Cave Hotel closed both its private and public terraces. At the same time, neighboring hotels kept their terraces open for their guests to take photos, which made me feel a bit disappointed and jealous
Location
Having stayed at several other cave hotels during this trip, I found the overall experience here lags behind the others. While the location is fantastic, I felt the room cleanliness didn’t quite meet the standard as compared to others nearby. Wifi is not working in the room. Additionally, while the reception staff were friendly, they seemed to be students working part-time who struggled with local knowledge and general inquiries. Also felt the breakfast selection was a bit limited.
