Hospitality was exceptional, the security is perfect, it's a quite place to rest, the set up was superb, refreshing, the location is perfect. The breakfast, the place is clean. Nice views next time am coming fo the Rotto room. Uniqueness

The grotto rooms are exceptional. Breakfasts are great.

The grottos are a must! The most breathtaking view to wake up and go to sleep with!

Pros:

Our experience was exceptional from the moment we arrived until the morning of our departure. The hospitality and service throughout our stay were outstanding. I would especially like to commend the management team for their responsiveness and attention to detail. They gladly assisted with arranging a special anniversary surprise for my wife and I , making our celebration truly memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended.

El mejor hotel antes de un Safari.
Pros:

Excelentes instalaciones del hotel, con un muy buen desayuno y cena. La habitación muy equipada y moderna. Feliz volvería nuevamente. Nos quedamos dos noches antes de entrar al Parque Kruger y fue la mejor decisión.

Hotel lindo, localizado com uma vista incrível para a cadeia de motanhas e os vales da região de Graskop. A acomodação é enorme, bastante luxuosa e um café da manhã com alta qualidade e variedade. O jantar no restaurante do hotel também foi excelente. Bom atendimento em todos os setores. Excelente custo-benefício no período do inverno. Lindo amanhecer com vista do quarto.

Cons:

O ralo e a impermeabilização do box precisam ser melhorados para evitar alagamento do quarto.

Relaxing, spacious very accommodating
Pros:

I loved the views, the hotel room design was beautiful and so spacious…the wall in the room just needs new paint. Staff was absolutely lovely and I enjoyed the spa very much. Will definitely come back 🤍

Just a few areas in the room just need fresh new paint but overall the room was beautiful.

Incredible views
Pros:

We were there for the weekend. The staff at reception was welcoming, and both restaurant food was delicious for lunch and dinner 😋. The breakfast buffet had lots of options. During our stay here it was raining and cold. We had an electric blanket in our room, and at both restaurants, the fireplace was exceptional. I went for a full body massage, and i came out refreshed. We enjoyed our stay here.

Cons:

Sunday morning, our room didn't have hot water, but we were taken to another room to bathe. Monday morning, the water temperature was restored and hot. I couldn't use the jacuzzi because it was cold and raining.
