Mooie lokatie.
Pros:

Het is een mooi hotel maar het eten in het restaurant was erg duur voor wat je kreeg en we vonden het allemaal ook niet erg lekker. We hadden een kamer bij de lift wat wel lawaai gaf. De kamers zijn echt heel mooi en netjes maar je krijgt er geen Afrika-vibe gevoel bij, het is erg clean allemaal. Locatie is waanzinnig mooi!

Cons:

Restaurant echt onder de maat.

Great Place and good Value for money if you book off peak
Pros:

Very Spacious. Amazing Views. Great staff at reception and Resturant and breakfast to die for!

Wonderful surprise!!
Pros:

Everything!! From the moment we entered the 1st gate we were greeted with a friendly smile!! Nothing was too much effort, we even received an upgrade to the grotto rooms! A special word of thanks to Distance, who really made us feel welcome, at this beautiful, clean hotel. The view was fantastic, once the mist cleared. Dinner was wonderful and the breakfast exceptional. Good security and location close to Graskop Gorge Lift. Don't hesitate to make a reservation at Angles View, you won't regret it.

Cons:

That we only stayed for one night.

Too short but SO memorable - the view, the property, the staff were all amazing.
Pros:

We felt like royalty at the WARM welcome we received on arrival. The staff were FABULOUS!
We also were VERY impressed by the use of local handicrafts and traditions in the hotel, which made it a memorable experience.

Cons:

We were fairly late for breakfast and, obviously, the chafing dishes had been on the buffet since 7am and not looking as fresh as they looked earlier! However,...that was our fault!

Pros:

Views were amazing, the staff in the hotel are friendly and helpful.
Rooms were very clean and looked amazing.

Cons:

Lunch and dinner were horrible, we are local South Africans and I can tell you that the food is not up to standard at all.
Breakfast was alright, just a buffet.

Restaurant staff could use a training session since our waiter did not know what a "beef fillet" or "rump steak" were, even though the menu is very limited, then when I received my "medium rare" steak as i requested, the actual steak was so raw that it might have started walking away.

Um show de horrores!
Pros:

As instalações realmente são muito bonitas, a vista do quarto é deslumbrante. Infelizmente a recepção não corresponde à qualidade das instalações. Um dos seguranças, o Reagan, foi a pessoa da equipe que mais nos deu apoio, foi empático e gentil. Somente por ele não zero a nota do hotel.

Cons:

Fomos muito bem atendidos na recepção, mas a decepção bateu quando chegamos aos quartos. Reservei duas suítes com vista e somente uma havia vista, a outra era para o pátio o interno. Só tijolos e concreto. Fomos à recepção e aí virou imim show de horrores. O recepcionista foi indiferente. Consultou e disse que não havia outro quarto disponível. Sem mais! Eu insisti, mostrei a reserva e somente depois de reclamar muito, ele sugeriu que fôssemos para o quarto esperar alguma desistência. Eu programei esse hotel por meses! Perdi o pôr do sol enquanto tentava o quarto que havia reservado. Fui para o banho, água totalmente gelada! GELADA! tomei banho por partes, nada fez a água esquentar. Fomos jantar e só então apareceu um dos gerentes justificando o acontecimento na recepção. Tivemos o quarto depois de muito desgaste e para finalizar, o ganho relaxante virou uma prova de resistência.

Fomos muito bem recebidas. Tivemos que alterar o nosso programa pois tinha muita neblina, e eles foram muito prestativos nesse sentido.A comida é otima e o pessoal é simpatico e prestativo.

Aanrader! Prachtig hotel met prachtig uitzicht!
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel! Zeer luxe hotel met prachtige faciliteiten. Zowel ontbijt als diner waren top. Zwembaden waren heerlijk.

Cons:

Niet. Alles was top!
