In the hub of Temple Bar
Pros:

I liked the central location. It is in the middle of Temple Bar and close to Trinity concert venue where I was going during my stay.
It is a noisy area, there's activity outside all day and most of the night but we knew this before booking so came prepared with things to help block out the noise. We weren't there for a peaceful zen getaway but the price drew us in and the location was perfect for our concert.
The room was plain and simple (room 1) nice comfy bed and pillows, en-suite and tea/coffee making facilities in the room and appeared clean enough.
It was grand for us for a one night stay after a feed of pints.

Cons:

The only thing was that perhaps the room could do with a lick of paint (not a big deal)
For anyone that's a light sleeper etc, you will have street noise late into the night and it starts quite early in the morning again with shops and bars restocking.

Pros:

Die Lage war super zentral. (Ist genau über einer Bar, daher nicht erwarten, dass es dir ruhigste Lage ist).
Personal war auch sehr nett

Cons:

Gab leider kein Aufzug zum Zimmer, nur eine sehr steile Treppe, welche mit Koffer herausfordernd ist :)

Highly recommend
Pros:

Fantastic place too stay. Earplugs in the room were a nice touch but absolutely no trouble sleeping after a skin full. Brilliant staff, the place is kept running like a well oiled machine

Pros:

Great stay at the Auld Dubliner, very friendly staff at the bar who helped with check-in, the room was compact but comfortable, all clean+tidy, great shower, and brilliant location in central Dublin. Very easy check-out aswell. Would recommend. Many thanks for a lovely stay :)

This was offensively loud, with completely unsafe exterior. The rooms were tiny with no sound insulation, and ear-plugs were close to useless against the noise of people breaking bottles and yelling in the streets.

And when I say you sleep above, this is no joke, so don't actually expect to sleep. The window is probably a century old so clearly not protecting from any street noise. The room was probably 9sqm with the toilets and bathroom. There was not even enough space to open my suitcase

Easy, 30% off Guinness was an unexpected bonus and a nice touch. Bar staff lovely and friendly, loved the singers too. O
Pros:

Convenient location, easy check in and the staff were really nice and helpful

Cons:

A little noisy in the corridor through the night, but to be expected. It did wake us but we managed to get back to sleep. So no big issue, didn’t put us off and will definitely book again.
