Chambre spacieuse, ménage tous les jours.
2 bouteilles d'eau à disposition dans la chambre (et chaque jour), climatisation, mini frigo, wifi partout dans l'établissement
Hotêl bord de mer, avec grande piscine, au calme, beaucoup d'espace
2 restaurants dans l'hôtel, petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix

Juste pour information, situé assez loin du ferry (prévoir 1h15 de trajet depuis Bandar Bintan Telani)

Great Resort for a long weekend
Pros:

Treatment given by the staff, the food (also breakfast), the room was really nice. The pool was amazing.
The massages were amazing.

Cons:

There was no hand soap in the bathroom
No free drinkable water

A little uncomfortable with the Flies at the breakfast area. Suggest Property to provide ceiling fans for that area..

Pros:

The receptionist Yuni was very good and friendly. She assisted my family very well as our pick up fromnthe habour had broke down mid way to the resort. She had a great smile and attitue and brough our hoilday back to life. Thanks Yuni.

Cons:

Vehicle from the resort waa very bad no a/c and broke down. Had a terrible experience stuck in the middle of nowhere. Had to book own Grab service to ferry us to the resort

Pros:

Great beach, friendly staff, very clean rooms

Cons:

Too many light sources in the room make it difficult to have proper sleep at night for me:
- aircon temperature display is very bright
- phone next to beds has blinking green light
- wifi router next to beds has all sorts of blinking lights

Nice. clean hotel with good facilities, A/C and pool.
Pros:

Comfortable hotel with large A/C room. Best features were the reclined lounge for reading/relaxing and the absence of any odours in the accommodation.

Cons:

The fixed poolside furniture is unfortunately dysfunctional with no shade and no capacity to move chairs or sun lounges to alternative positions.
