Fantastic location and beautiful rooms
Pros:

Loved my stay here. The facilities were beautiful and the pool area is really nice; the rooms were huge and very comfortable; and location was great too. Short walk to the Old Town but also far enough away that it was a peaceful retreat from lots of tourists.

Cons:

Not really anything to say. If I'm picking at very minor things, I was offered a housekeeping service on the fifth (and final) day and might have been nice to be offered that a day or two earlier instead.

Great location for a short stay close to Viejo San Juan
Pros:

The location was only a short walk to old town (~10 minutes) and very close to walkway/running path along the ocean bluffs which was very pretty at sunset time. There were a few bars and restaurants around the area but we didn't try any. The plunge pool was small but great to cool off after walking around all day. Everything is clean and comfortable.

Cons:

In the quad room one bed is lofted and while comfortable the ladder is a little cumbersome. The tv is in the bedroom and I wish it was in the room with the couch so it was easier to watch together at night.

Miła obsługa, miejsce do zostawienia bagazu przed zamldowaniem. W pokoju było czysto.

Cons:

Drugie łóżko znajduje sie na mocno stromej i wysokiej antresoli, wejście tam z rzeczami było wyzwaniem. Ciężko to nazwać nawet łóżkiem, był to tylko materac. Przez pół pobytu nie dało sie polaczyc z internetem.

Good place!!
Pros:

The property is in a good location close to everything. It’s an older property but renovated. AC was good too. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The only thing I did not like was we had no hot water during the afternoon it was lukewarm. In the morning taking a shower it was warm

Cool hotel in a very convenient location
Pros:

Location was great and the room setup was also cool.

Cons:

The toilet was super super finicky and the shower randomly changed temperature in a manner uncorrelated to how much you opened what faucet.
