Pros:

This hotel is truly exceptional. One of its greatest advantages is its excellent location, within walking distance of many of Baku's most popular tourist attractions.

During our stay, we were able to explore Deniz Mall, Highland Park, the Flame Towers, Flag Square, the Carpet Museum, Little Venice, Nizami Street (Targovi), and the Baku Boulevard entirely on foot.

The hotel staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They were always willing to assist us with any request, including arranging taxis, ordering food, and providing general support throughout our stay.

We would especially like to recognize the Front Office team for their outstanding hospitality. Our sincere thanks go to Ms. Jamila, Eldar, Mr. Nurlan, and Mr. Kenan for their professionalism and kindness. We would also like to express our special appreciation to the Front Office Supervisor for the complimentary room upgrade, which allowed us to enjoy a beautiful sea-view room.

The housekeeping service was excellent. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and every detail was taken care of with great attention. Special thanks to Ms. Dilara for her outstanding work.

Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The variety of options was impressive, and everything was delicious and freshly prepared. We had the opportunity to learn the name of the Executive Chef, and we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Nigar for the wonderful dining experience.

Thank you for making our visit to Baku so memorable. We look forward to returning to this beautiful city and staying at your wonderful hotel again.

Odalar gayet temiz ve rahattı. Genel müdüründen garsonuna resepsiyondaki çalışanlardan housekeepera kadar her çalışan çok iyi ve güler yüzlüydü. Konun olarak merkeze yakındı. Erken gitmeme rağmen incelik gösterip odaya aldılar

Yatak çok sertti.
Açık büfe kahvaltı seçeneği car diye gittim ama 5 günlük tatilimde 2 gün açık büfe yedik. Az kişi var diye çok basic bir tabak geldi . İçerisinde doyacak hiçbir şey yoktu desem yeridir.

Ich kann das Hotel positiv bewerten. Das Angebotene Frühstück habe ich nicht versucht, da die Tage in Baku dafür (für mich) zu kurz waren und wenig Zeit vorhanden. Das Hotel ist ruhig, die Betten sehr bequem. Es liegt etwas außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, aber man kann am Boulevard sehr schön in die Altstadt spazieren.
Ich würde wiederkommen und kann das Hotel empfehlen.
