The hotel is in a fantastic location.
If a few small details are sorted out, it will be a magnificent hotel.
We loved everything; although the swimming pool usually requires a fee, a complimentary gesture was made allowing Booking guests to use it for free. The reception staff are excellent and very friendly. Best regards to everyone! Hope to see you again!

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Baku. The location is excellent — it’s right near the sea and also conveniently located in the city center, making it very easy to explore the city and visit the main attractions.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed being so close to the seaside while still having everything I needed within walking distance.

Overall, a great choice if you’re visiting Baku and want a convenient location, comfortable accommodation, and easy access to both the city center and the sea. I would definitely stay here again!

Es war ein schönes Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

There are many great things about this hotel, and I hope this beautiful hotel continues to improve and become even better. They truly deserve it, and I believe they will achieve it. Special thanks to Mr. Kamran for the upgrade. The breakfast was also really delicious. Absolutely excellent!

Gunler once rezervasyon yaptığım halde, nerdeyse en küçük ve Wc ile oda arasında jaluzisi olmayan oda istememe rağmen oda verilmiştir. Bu yüzden ilave oda daha almak zorunda kaldım. Birlikte seyehat ettiğim arkadaşların odaları 302, 504 gibi odalara kıyasla neredeyse yarı yarıya küçük odaya verildim. Bu kişisel tabiki algılanıyorum. Tamamen operasyonel olarak düşünüyorum. Fakat songün tekrar ilave odamdan çıkarılarak başka bir odaya transfer edildim. 3 günlük seyahatimde 3 kez oda değiştirmek zorunda kaldım. Bu yüzden otelinizden memnun ne yazıkki kalmadım.

Tesisin manzarası mükemmeldi. Hemen karşısında 24 saat açık market var. Konumu da heryere ulaşım sağlanabilirdi. Çalışanları da (başta Aysel hanım olmak üzere) oldukça yardımsevelerdi. Otele geldiğimizde meyve tabağı ikram ettiler, taksimiz için bozuk paramız olmayınca kendileri ödediler ve benzer konularda hep yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Kendilerine teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Kahvaltı biraz daha çeşitlendirilebilir.

Отдых в этом отеле оставил самые приятные впечатления! 🌟 С первых дней нас приятно удивило отношение персонала: нам совершенно бесплатно улучшили номер со стандартного до более комфортного — с балконом и прекрасным видом на море. Это было очень приятным сюрпризом! 🌊

Мы отдыхали с трёхмесячным малышом, и отель совершенно бесплатно предоставил детскую кроватку, что сделало наше проживание ещё более комфортным и спокойным. ❤️

Номер убирали каждый день — всегда было чисто и аккуратно, регулярно меняли всё необходимое. Отдельное спасибо за прекрасный комплимент от отеля — фрукты, это было очень приятно!

Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные. Персонал на ресепшене всегда был внимательным, помогал и оперативно решал все возникающие вопросы.

Также хочется отметить отличное расположение отеля: вокруг всё в шаговой доступности, а вид на город просто шикарный!

Спасибо отелю и всему персоналу за прекрасный отдых, заботу и гостеприимство. Особенно приятно, что здесь так внимательно относятся к гостям с маленькими детьми. С удовольствием вернулись бы сюда снова и обязательно будем рекомендовать этот отель!

Cons:

Kahvaltı menüsü hergün aynıydı. Eksilen kahvaltı ürünlerinin yerine koymuyorlar. Yetkililere eksik olan ürünleri söylememize rağmen eksikleri tamamlamıyorlar.
