Very clean, proffesional and friendly hotel in the middle of McLeod Ganj.
Pros:

Very clean rooms, modern bathrooms, tasty meals at their restaurant and extremely professional staff. The Dalai Lama Temple is 5 minutes away by foot.

Cons:

Their indoor pool could have been a bit warmer, but I had a pleasant swim. The air in the mornings always smelled like fried food, but we were not sure if it was the hotel itself who caused it of it was the nearby ones. Only a few rooms have a proper view to the mountains and that wasn’t too clear to know through the booking.

Fantastic location, amenities and staff. If I have the opportunity to return, I would stay here agai
Pros:

The location was perfect for exploring McLeod Ganj and Dharamashala. We particularly wanted to stay near the start of the Triund Trek. The hotel staff were lovely and helped arrange a guide for the Trek and a guide to show us the sights of Dharamashala. The facilities were excellent but the best bit was the view from the hotel and doing yoga on the terrace in the mornings.

We had travelled for a relaxing time for our wedding anniversary. We had a memorable stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was good. The spread could have been a little bit more. But then it was off season and occupancy was low.

The location was fantastic. It was 5 minutes walk to the Dalai Lama Temple. All the great cafes were within walking distance. The view from my room was fantastic. I would suggest Room no 301, 307, 401 or 407. These have the best view and one gets a tremendous amount of sun.

The room was clean and comfortable. The washroom was super clean and very spacious.

I can't think of anything.

Pros:

Hotel staff is really helpful. Manager Ajay himself arranged our transfer to and from as our bus was not able to come to hotel due to snow and traffic. Mr sachin was monitoring our arrival. overall very pleasant stay.

A great luxurious stay in the heart of McLeodganj.
Pros:

The hotel was luxurious and very neat. The staff was courteous and helpful. The restaurant was good. The breakfast buffet was good. The location was very central. The wifi was good. The room had all the basic infrastructure a traveler can expect. Overall, a great experience.

Cons:

Nothing really. The hotel was small, but that doesn't take away from its luxurious interiors and top notch service levels. I really can't think of any significant feedback for improvement. Keep it up!

Nice value for money for family stay
Pros:

Friendly staff and nice food are the main attraction of the hotel with a very nice location indeed within well reach of market
Super clean and hygiene room, also the restaurant was good
Rooms also good with nice view of the mountains

Cons:

It's hard to say about unlike but still swimming pool should be more attractive
