Pros:

Owners were very hospitable and eager to help

Cons:

They are redoing the bathrooms this year a bit more water pressure on the showers and then they will be great

Fabulous, enjoyable, relaxing and peaceful.
Pros:

The hotel and staff were excellent. The food was superb and value for money. I would highly recommend the hotel if you are staying on the islands. I cannot recommend it highly enough. The owners are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The rooms are excellent and well prepared for you. 5 Stars all round

Pros:

Lovely place with clean, comfortable and modern facilities while staying true to it's history. Staff were amazing and could not be more helpful. Bar and restaurant facilities were 1st class.

Just perfect, loved the craic and the delicious food
Pros:

Katie and Alex were fantastic hosts, couldn’t do enough for us. Heidi the Collie was the added bonus. Would most definitely recommend and we’ll certainly not be passing it the next time we’re in the Outer Hebrides!

A great night's stay in a well located hotel with excellent choice of food
Pros:

Room decor/facilities, hotel location, food quality, staff friendliness

Cons:

Position of the bathroom extraction fan switch. Located on the ceiling next to the fan, but even I, at 6 foot tall, struggled to reach it when standing in the bath, had to stand on tiptoe!

A lovely place to stay very comfortable and welcoming

Great location. It was more expensive than some places but worth every penny. The owners so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and well presented

Excellent place and food.
Pros:

Lovely couple that own the place. Very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. The room was perfect. Loved the bar area with their nice comfy chairs.

Cons:

You can hear the people talking in the room next door. I would recommend ear plugs. Although I did sleep like a log.

Comfortable and welcoming
Pros:

Clean, well maintained and the room had the most comfortable bed. Owners couldn’t have been more helpful. Perfect breakfast next morning. Really enjoyed our stay.

An unexpected gem
Pros:

A small family hotel with a nice fresh look. Really friendly welcome on arrival. The food here was exceptional, and the burger was one of the best I've ever had.
