Great location, nice and helpful staff. Had a lovely stay and will be back. Thank you, SaPa Legacy.
Pros:

We had a good room on level 3, overlooking the lake.
We arrived early in the morning and walked down from bus stop to hotel. Great location.
We waited in the lobby for about 15-20mins. We didn't mind it because it was comfortable and had restroom too. At 6.30am we were give a temporary room until our room was ready for a small fee of 300k VND. That helped us to shower and catch a nap, have some coffee.and water
That room was a bit noisy but our main room was good; clean and spacious for 3 people.Room had all basic amenities; except fridge.
Bathroom was clean. TV didn't have any channels tuned in but we could cast from our devices.
The staff was polite and helpful. Room service and housekeeping was good. They came every morning to provide water, coffee sachets , clean towels and toilet paper. Breakfast was good, enough choice for vegetarian too. Though, eggs were only boiled and fried.
We all loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Pros:

I really love the hotel’s location here. I got a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony overlooking the lake, and the view is absolutely beautiful. Plus, it’s so convenient to get around because the hotel is right in the heart of everything. The location couldn’t be more perfect!

A good lake view hotel in Sapa
Pros:

Probably the best hotel with a view of the Ho Sa Pa lake for those who want a lake view rather than seeing the mountain landscape of Sapa. An easy flat terrain walk away from the town center.

Pros:

Great location overlooking lake and good buffet breakfast in a quiet setting (March).

Cons:

The beds were very, very hard. Since the shower is incorporated in the bathroom, you must time your use so as to avoid getting wet.
