Vị trí thuận tiện, gần hồ, có chỗ để xe miễn phí, đồ ăn sáng khá đa dạng.

Chambre très très vétuste / literie très dure / personnel ne parlait pas 1 mot d'anglais / ne donne aucun conseil pour les transferts vers d'autres sites / par nos propres moyens nous avons trouvé une agence super pour organiser notre transfert de nuit pour Cat Ba ( Saparis Sapa vraiment le top !) Nous avons donc demandé de garder la chambre quelques heures de plus en payant bien sûr et ils ont refusé ( alors qu'il restait des chambres)...À fuir !!!

Pros:

Location is close to the central city. Staff was accommodating and friendly, especially with Kevin. Helped us booked our bus going to the hotel and going to the airport. Balcony view is the lake

A comfortable stay with a great location, good breakfast, and helpful staff.
Pros:

The breakfast is served buffet-style with many options, all delicious and familiar to Indonesian tastes. The location is excellent, right in front of Sapa Lake and close to popular attractions. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, providing clear information about motorbike rental and the weather conditions at Fansipan.

Cons:

The only downside was the toilet flush, which didn’t work properly at times. It would be great if this could be checked and fixed for future guests.

Pleasant stay, great location and very welcoming staff
Pros:

The hotel is at a great location, at a walking distance from the Sun World Plaza and Sapa city centre. It was very convenient that the resturant is attached and has good Vietnamese and western options.

Special shout out to the staff. We checked at a very odd time but the staff was available. They helped us with everything from booking tickets for Fansipan to planning out other things in our limited time.

Can't go wrong with this one.

Sapa Legacy Hotel
Pros:

If you're looking for one of the most accessible hotels in Sa Pa, one which is close to the lake, public market, and bus terminal (except HK Bus Lines, which has its own office), I highly recommend Sa Pa Legacy Hotel. Located right in front of the lake, it offers beautiful, serene views that you can enjoy straight from your room. At night, the area is quiet and peaceful, away from the usual chaos. The staff are attentive and they provide excellent recommendations to help you make the most of your stay.

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved.
