10/10. Would recommend to anybody.
Pros:

We couldn’t fault the place. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were efficient, welcoming, informative. Our room was stylish and comfortable, clean, modern and very well equipped. We chose a room with a balcony over looking the courtyard. The location is 10/10. You can enter/exit from 3 different locations onto 3 different streets. Right in the heart of it all, yet no noise nearby. Coffee machines in reception to help yourself, free of charge, water, apples etc. A lovely touch. Breakfast was plentiful, the dining room stylish, loads of choice, and plenty of staff on hand, especially Timi, who bought a smile to our faces every day chatting with guests, how was their sleep, can she fetch you any thing etc.

Cons:

Our only negative was that our driver from the airport couldn’t get nearby because the street is restricted access by ANPR and her car wasn’t registered to the system so, we ended up walking with our luggage maybe 300 yards. Not a major issue, but could be for less able people.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten im Zentrum inklusive Burg zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cons:

Keine eigene Parkgarage, aber öffentliches Parkhaus in der Nähe.
