Pros:

The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the hotel was spotlessly clean

Cons:

The dining area is quite small, so it gets very crowded and hard to find a table during peak hours. Also, the breakfast was very basic. Additionally, we had some issues with the lighting in our room as some lights weren't working.

A lovely hotel an excellent location.
Pros:

The hotel is well located for visiting Budapest. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel staff went out of their way to be helpful.

Cons:

The hotel provides everything you need for your stay. I can’t think of a criticism.
