Pros:

À 15min de la station de kyoto, plein de commodités autour avec un Pokémon center à 10min à pied. Lignes de bus pour les sanctuaires principaux à quelques minutes à pied également. Accueil toujours chaleureux et chambre au top 👌🏼

Quartos são super limpos, confortáveis e não são tão pequenos comparados aos outros que ficamos no Japão. É claro que não é mega grande mas é funcional. Funcionários atenciosos, deixaram entrar um pouco antes do checkin assim que o quarto estava pronto, guardaram nossa mala no check out pelo tempo que precisasse. Localização ótima perto do metrô. Amei. Recomendo e com certeza ficaria de novo.

Good location but not somewhere we will chose to stay for our next stay.
Pros:

The location is good. We arrived at 1pm to drop our bags and go out for lunch and for the first time in our 7 weeks in Japan , we were told we could check in as our room was ready.

Cons:

Breakfast was made to order set - a choice from 4-5 options all involving bread. If bread isn’t your thing, don’t bother. The start time of 7am seems a bit late for early starters. No cleaning for up to 5 days of stay seemed excessive. No laundry.

Great location and staff. Minimal amenities.
Pros:

The staff is very friendly and the location is great just few minutes away from Shijo and lively Gion.

Cons:

So we were 3 and the room has almost no space to walk around.

Great Location for a decent price. Would Stay here again
Pros:

Location was great, caught the train to the hotel. Has Family Mart, Lawson and 7/11 nearby. Many restaurants around and a short distance to Nishiki Markets. Very clean. Would stay here again!
