The location was awesome! Loved having an evening cocktail before walking upstairs to retire for the night. The decor is both eclectic and give the historic vibe.
The parking was a bit tight. During events on property caused some anxiety for loosing or getting a parking space when coming back to the hotel.
The room was fantastic. The property was great.
We got there on a Monday and stayed until Wednesday. There was no staff at all available on Tuesday. It was stated that breakfast was included, but the only breakfast that we saw were two muffins.
Great location, relaxed vibe
Climate control was difficult (too still/stuffy—a ceiling fan needed); small bedside tables would be better than soft ottomans; stiff shower curtain on tension rod collapsed during shower! Access to ice in pantry needed; also body wash or bigger soap bar in the shower needed. Access to fresh brewed morning coffee (in carafe?) on weekends when bar not open (vs. Keurig) needed.

So popular, it was hard to get service
Loved that we could go downstairs and get a free coffee drink at the coffee bar! Also loved how the room was decorated. It was super cute and cozy! Would most definitely return
Room was a little tight and small but really didn't mind it that much.
The host was exceptional. I accidentally locked myself out of my room later in the evening, and she still answered the phone and helped me. The location is fantastic. Everything is very clean and homey. Very comfortable and very well managed parking is easy. And the grounds are clean and well lit.
Absolutely nothing! Everything was well taken care of. Possibly have a hide key somewhere in case someone like me gets locked out of their room. But other than that, I wouldn’t make any changes.

The Peri Social House was in walking distance to the area of town we were interested in. (Shops)
Our room was beautiful and spacious. The house had such a great vibe!
I think the mattress was memory foam...it wasn't the most comfortable for us, but some people may like it.

Noisy after hours
Easy check in, very comfortable and homey! Hot hot shower, the room was amazing! Especially loved how it had an extended tv room! It was very quiet lived the vibe. We had dinner and drinks at the bar. The food truck was great. Love hey they had snacks and breakfast and drinks to go. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Gray location walking distance to the town.
Loved everything
The location to downtown was good. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The communication was excellent. The entry door code and key access worked well.
The bed was not comfortable and way too soft. Probably memory foam which causes you sink too far down. Breakfast and the coffee bar was minimal. We came on a motorcycle. The parking lot is not conducive for bikers. No paved area to safely park a motorcycle. The gravel driveway is steep and had washout areas that were not easy to get around when existing.
Great property, lovely decor and great town
We loved our stay at Peri Social House. The room was very spacious and clean. Our favorite part was the location. We were able to walk to all the shops and restaurants we needed. The on-site pizza food truck was so delicious we ate it two nights in a row!
Really no complaints! The space was absolutely perfect. The only thing that would have been nice was a larger breakfast selection and if the coffee bar opened before 8am. But I so enjoyed walking to local coffee shops, that I wouldn't even list that as a complaint.
The room was nice, but the mattress needs to replaced.

Cute and lots of places to sit and enjoy the ambiance
No reception. They send you an email with check in instructions but we had a little mishap. Got worked out but took a bit. Also my daughter had cookies sent to me and since there was no reception, it was left on a table and someone took them
