Excelente escolha na Ilha Terceira.
Pros:

Gostei do hotel, do conforto, do pequeno almoço e o spa.
Os quartos são muito espaçosos e extremamente limpos.
Funcionários super eficientes, muito prestáveis, simpáticos e sempre prontos para ajudar.

Fim de semana a conhecer o que é nosso!!
Pros:

Gostei muito do espaço, bem como do pequeno almoço!! Um ambiente sereno, bonito, relaxante, com um conceito muito bonito!! Staff simpático e disponível. A suíte extremamente bem equipada e limpa!!

Cons:

Duas sugestões apenas... o horário da zona de piscina, jacuzzi e sauna é desfasado, para quem quer relaxar de manhã, tendo em conta que abre muitíssimo tarde!! E o pequeno almoço, como abre às 7h30, julgo ser pertinente, já ter todos os pratos servidos, para todos os clientes usufruírem!!

Great location, amenities and comfortable hotel
Pros:

The location and the room we had, as well as the breakfast.

Cons:

No room service and when asking for help, sometimes the staff were too busy to help. The shower door leaked so our bathroom was always flooded no matter how careful we were.
