I booked this property because they say they have a free shuttle to the airport. it was not in a very convenient location or near the airport but only 3 available hotels had shuttles. when I booked I sent a note that I would need the shuttle and I confirmed with the owner / manager (?) and 2 desk clerks. in the morning the new desk clerk had no idea what I was talking about and said all she could do is call a taxi. DON’T BOOK FOR THE FREE SHUTTLE. it doesn’t exist.
The WiFi didn’t work in my room but it did work at a couch in the common area on my floor. However, all afternoon a guy who was lurking around the hotel looking for a light was passed out on the couch so it was unavailable. The hotel is completely unsecured and anyone can wander in. My room just had a thumb latch on the knob. Finally, there was a balcony off my room which was not accessible by a door however I could have climbed out a large low window. I didn’t, but anyone with access to the balcony (which ran the length of the building) could have easily climbed in because the lock was broken.
