We received a room upgrade so had a lovely view of the beach. The bed was comfortable and the restaurant on the rooftop was convenient with food that was tasty and reasonably priced.
Staff were so friendly and accommodating. Would recommend if you have a night at the front or back before heading out to the resort islands.

The property is ideal … especially for those needing a place to stay for a night on the front end / back of a visit to one of the Maldive island resorts. Provided us a private pickup to and from the airport.
Die Lage war bombastisch. Man konnte direkt auf Strand sehen und vom Balkon aus den wunderschönen Ausblick bewundern. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und auch von hartnäckigem Sand befreit. Mit den Schild (Do not disturb/Please make up our room) ging die Reinigung tadellos und nach eigenen Bedürfnissen.
Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr unmotiviert und nicht gerade hilfreich. (konnten schlecht Auskunft geben) Die Zimmer waren sehr schlecht schallisoliert. Man konnte alles hören, was im und ausserhalb des Hotels geschieht.

Located in a very convenient place where lot of eateries and grocery shops are located. The beach is nearby. We were given a late check out free of charge and airport transfers were also arranged free of charge. Had a good value for money breakfast and the view from the room was also very nice. For the price tag they offer, they provide a lot.

Die Klimaanlage war defekt, und bei 32 Grad war es im Zimmer absolut nicht auszuhalten – es kam lediglich warme Luft heraus. Wir haben das Problem an der Rezeption gemeldet. Daraufhin wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Klimaanlage repariert werden soll und wir deshalb das Zimmer für ein bis zwei Stunden verlassen müssen. Aus diesem Grund wurden wir für etwa zwei Stunden aus unserem Zimmer verwiesen. Im Endeffekt wurde die Klimaanlage jedoch nicht repariert.
Zusätzlich war das Badezimmer in einem sehr schlechten Zustand: Es gab überall Schimmel, sowohl an den Duschköpfen als auch an der Decke und in der Duschkabine.
Auch der Kühlschrank war dreckig und hat stark gestunken, sodass man ihn nicht einmal benutzen konnte.
Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt im Hotel wirklich nicht auszuhalten.

Location, staff was very responsive and helpful, they provided us free airport transfer and upgraded our room to better with ocean view for no additional cost, good breakfast.
The street nearby is very noisy, it was difficult to sleep at night. Air conditioning was blowing directly at the bed which is not very good at night.

The balcony only had 1 chair for a room with 3 people! It was difficult to get to understand where to get food and drink and at what time
