Apart from location everything I didn't liked.
Room is not clean enough, too many cockroaches in bed.
AC not cooling, hotels stuff turned off AC from main switch if u are not in room.
No water for drink. You have to buy.

Utterly unprofessional behaviour. We booked the hotel before leaving for the destination. However after a arduous drive of 3 and half hours once we reached Mandarmoni and the said property, they say that all the rooms are occupied through offline DALALS and there is no ROOM available FOR me despite having a confirmed booking from booking.com . I was travelling with my family and a Dog that’s why I searched for pet friendly hotel. Despite denying stay I was not even given an alternative option. There is no reliability of Booking dot com app whatsoever and these thugs were not even took any accountability. I tried raising the issue that day itself but the UI of the app is so bogus I couldn’t get through the concerned person and was only routed through pre decided IVR options throughout.
The staff are unprofessional and there is no link between the app booking and the person giving rooms.
The location is bang on the sea. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
