Its a good hotel right in the heart of city for a day or two, the service is good can be improved.
Pros:

I was informed that the breakfast would be ready by 8.00 am but nothing was ready except for some fruits at 8.40 am, then slowly the breakfast was laid, but I did not have time since I had to leave for Gaya. The breakfast should be ready by 7.30 am as per normal practice.

Cons:

The washroom, pressure of hot/ cold water mixer, there was no force in the shower Room No.101. The room service was not upto the mark, the dinner took almost 50 minutes after ordering.

Changed hotels after one night.
Pros:

Some staff members were helpful, whilst others just ignored you

Cons:

Poor communication:- no English spoken. Hotel rooms in need of maintenance and upkeep. No breakfast service. Ordered at front desk and served in room. Location is noisy and close to main thoroughfare

Pros:

Staff were great and always on hand to support. Breakfast had everything that was necessary. However, the room was very noisy with the outside traffic and the dogs. I was also there a week and my room wasn’t cleaned , even after I turned the light on to show I wanted it cleaned. After I asked reception all was well.
