Unprofessional and a scam
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

They accepted my booking and my late check in request, only for me to show up to find the hotel locked with a padlock. I called the hotel and they said I didn't have a booking, even though I did, and then they hung up on me. They then messaged me days later saying they cannot accept non-Indian residents, after I had already showed up to the hotel that evening. I am lucky I found another hotel nearby otherwise I may not have had accommodation for the night. Completely unprofessional and poor management. I have reported this property to Booking.com and don't recommend anybody attempt to stay here.

Very Poor
Cons:

The property was very poor and very expensive compared to Nepali in Birjung, even with that cost we can enjoy best in Birjung. They show one in booking.com and when entered into the room, the room was very dirty.
