Beautiful design, Gaudi style. Looks amazing. Very silent around
And lovely cat 🐈⬛
Long stairs to go
Unique and beautiful architecture and design. The organic shapes and mosaic tiling are thoughtful and charming. The view of the forest and river is lovely. Can tell a lot of love and care went into the crafting of this place.
Breakfast was very yummy.
Walked in with my child - and without even a hello - was greeted by a retreat instructor telling me they would be needing lots of silence in the common spaces. (Ironic since an hour later they were playing moaning trance Breathwork music).
To be fair, I don’t think this was actually the staff of the hotel - but it was a very weird greeting and vibe indeed - and I didn’t love having to shush my five year old every two minutes for fear of offending someone.
Only other drawback was the breakfast didn’t start til 9 am and the staff aren’t really available before that time.
L’atmosphère spirituelle, immergée dans la nature. La chambre Bouddha exceptionnelle
L’accès avec de nombreuses marches d’escalier mais c’est l’effort à payer pour profiter ce lieu
Stunning artistic property in a lush jungle valley. Sounds of nature all around and not too far from ubud centre or wider activities.
The pool was being renovated so unable to use however a small plunge pool was offered. There are many steep steps up to the road so not suitable for all people.
This was, no joke or exaggeration, the worst place I have ever stayed at. Inhumane staff that actually was proud for disrespecting my privacy by entering the accommodation without permission multiple times? and then complaining with a laugh that I locked the bedroom doors? And then coming again into the accommodation while I was taking a shower before the agreed upon check out time? Perverted, twisted, inhumane people and I would not be surprised if they have stolen from guests before given this unacceptable behavior.
Se retrouver dans la nature
Le calme.
Lieu atypique et unique
L’accès difficile
Site sans vie
Inmitten der Natur, aber trotzdem zentral.
Всёееее!

Beautiful place with incredible architecture. We loved the views over the forest. Very comfortable and spacious. Wish we had spent longer here! Staff very willing to help out and be generous
The communication between us and the staff was a little strange, with no staff around after 3pm (which is somewhat understandable). There was also no information provided upon arrival about wifi / security / passports / etc (the things that we had been asked/told about at all our other accomodations). We were able to find information on these things as the staff were very helpful in answering all our messages, however it was a strange way to commence our stay at such a wonderful property. The location was slightly out of town, meaning it took about 30mins to get to the centre of Ubud, however was very beautiful.
Wonderful experience. It was exactly what I hoped for. Peaceful and a bit away from the rush yet perfectly located between some of my favorite restaurants.
This is not your average conventional hotel experience but if you want peace, overload of nature, open scenic djungle views woth the sound of birds, geckos and a river it is perfect.
The house healer cat Isida is a great bonus too! She went in and out of my room as she liked and I loved it.
I loved the wednesday kriya yoga sessions with Irina as well.
The interior is beautiful too. Its a heartfelt experienxe so if you are looking for that this is a match made in Ubud!
Nothing, kept extending
Unique architectural building. Beautiful art. Amazing location. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very spacious. Had a kitchen and a lounge area.
Didn’t have a net in one of the rooms.
Has a lot of potential to be good with beautiful real estate in the jungle. Staff seemed nice but had limited language abilities.
Loud noises all day from construction and yoga classes. Pool is not properly cleaned. Stairs to get in / out of property are serious.
Everything was nice and clean! The staff was friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed it!
To get to the hotel, you have to take several steps down, and with a suitcase, it‘s hard, but we managed. The upper bedroom had no AC, so it was relatively hot during the night. When I asked for a fan, they didn‘t hesitate to bring me one.
The place is absolutely stunning, designed in a truly original way that combines Gaudí-inspired elements, Balinese influences, and unique artistry. The room was comfortable and inviting, and the staff was warm and attentive. There is a lovely small pool with breathtaking views, and yoga classes are offered on the property. Breakfast is available on-site. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be back.
It’s important to note that there are over 100 stairs to navigate up and down the property. While this adds to the stunning views and peaceful atmosphere, it’s not ideal for those who may struggle with steep climbs. It was manageable for us, but if my child had been younger or if I had traveled with my mother, it would have been an issue and I wasn’t aware of this when booking. The "private" balcony is shared with other rooms nearby, and since it consists of one large sofa, it’s essentially first come, first served. However, there are other seating areas available around the property, just not directly in front of your room if it’s occupied.
The view from the balcony is amazing.
Big rooms
I love the kitchen, I can cook meals for my family
It's high quality bed and pillows
