Rigtig godt hotelværelse til prisen!
Pros:

Du fik meget for pengene. Værelset var super stort og rent. Personalet var sødt og lavede en helt fin morgenmad.

Cons:

Der var ikke rigtigt mulighed for at ligge ved poolen. Tagterrassen havde smuk udsigt men kunne godt trænge til en rengøring.

Completely misleading listing and very poor service – we had to leave and find another hotel late at night.
Pros:

Unfortunately nothing. The experience was bad from start to finish.

Cons:

The room we were given was completely different from the room we booked. The listing clearly stated a terrace and garden view, but the room had no terrace and no garden view at all. It was misleading compared to the photos and description on the booking.

When we raised the issue, the manager was very rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the problem or offer the correct room, we were told that if we were not happy we could leave.

Because of this, my friend and I were left having to find another place to stay late at night, which was very stressful after travelling. The way the situation was handled was extremely unprofessional.

La réactivité par message du propriétaire pour la climatisation et la proximité avec le centre-ville

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une nuit dans cet hôtel, la chambre ne correspondait pas aux photos et à la description. En effet, il y a bien une baignoire devant les montagnes de Sapa mais il y a un énorme vis-à-vis puisqu’elle est juste en face de la terrasse. De plus, la chambre était très humide et il faisait froid malgré la climatisation réversible mise sur 30° toute la nuit. Personne dans l’hôtel pour nous accueillir, ni pour le petit-déjeuner. Et malgré cela un des hôtels les plus chers de notre séjour.

Ціна не відповідає якості номера.
Cons:

В реальності вид з номера не співпадає з фото на букінгу. Ми орендували номер з ванною, з видом на гори. Але перед вікном був стовп з дротами і була тераса по якій ходили люди. Тобто, фактично, неможливо приймати ванну і милуватись горами.

Bon hôtel
Pros:

Bel hôtel, grande chambre confortable, jolie vue sur les montagnes, personnel sympa et de bons conseils. Il est situé en bas de la ville.

Cons:

Attention sur les photos on ne voit pas la grande terrasse juste en face de la baie vitrée. Vous avez vue principalement sur elle, si il y a des gens dessus, pas de bains possible ou d’intimité dans la chambre, il faut fermer le rideau.
Quelques travaux tard le soir et très tôt le matin mais sûrement occasionnel.
La SDB est vite inondée après la douche mais comme souvent au Vietnam.

La posizione molto conveniente rispetto al centro.

Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato una camera con finestre ma ce ne hanno data una senza. anche quando abbiamo chiesto di cambiarla hanno ignorato la nostra risposta. in generale lo staff troppo riservato e non tanto accogliente. ma per i pochi giorni che siamo stati è andata bene. un po' di cordialità in piu non guasterebbe se volessero migliorare il loro rating.
