overall it was a good stay. would recommend people to go there.
Pros:

resort is newly built and rooms are big that you will never find in any 3 or 4star hotel. you will feel luxury while staying in this resort since the design and interior is awesome.
mountain view was amazing from the room and roof which is open.
food was good too.

Cons:

they did not have trained staff which really caused inconvenienced while delivering the service.
we faced a bit of cleanliness issue .

This is a great place to stay near Lansdowne.

Wonderful amazing enjoyable stay
Pros:

We stayed at Shalam for three nights. We had booked two deluxe rooms and our stay at Shalam had really been wonderful in all aspects like comfort facilities food . The location of Shalam is really amazing it is located in lap of nature the environment around is so serene and peaceful a perfect place to unwind yourself. The chef there cook really delicious we really enjoyed all the meals served with care .Staff is also hospitable and caring . Overall I would like to recommend a must stay to those who want to enjoy comfort serenity and peace with love and care of home.

Cons:

We liked everything as it is still under construction so some facilities r still missing like a steady Wi-Fi network etc but in coming days when it is fully ready it would be one of the gem resorts.
