The staff was absolutely excellent! We had originally booked for 7 days 13th July to 19th July, but due to a change in our travel itinerary we had to leave after 4th days. The hotel was completely understanding and even refunded us the remaining 4 days without any hassle, which we truly appreciated.
We arrived very late at night, around 1 AM, and the staff kindly waited for us to check in—they were so welcoming and helpful despite the late hour.
We also booked breakfast with our stay, and it was outstanding! Everything was fresh, delicious, and well-prepared.
Overall, a wonderful experience with great service, flexibility, and hospitality. Highly recommended!
During our stay, the air conditioner in our room developed a small leak, but the staff immediately tried to resolve
The staff was very accommodating. They even let me use their kitchen so I could prepare meal for my elderly father. This did a very commendable job with their hospitality.

Loved the room. It was nice modern, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was also great.
The lobby was outdated and made the room a special surprise as it was completely the opposite and so nice.
I loved everything, staff very friendly and helpful, cleaning ladies courteous and welcoming, needed a fridge to store my meds and they provided one happily and promptly, rooms cleaned everyday, ordered taxis for us when we needed assistance, Yiwu Metro Entrance B just a 6-10 minute walk away, different room themes (european, smart, modern, etc), hotel services and facilities way better than other places where we paid higher rates for, would definitely stay here again next time im in Yiwu. Breakfast was great, enjoyed it!
