The staff - wonderful hospitality! Loved all of them who were at the front desk.
Charging points were less. There was just one socket for the kettle, for charging other devices. That seemed to be a small issue.

タオル類はバスタオルしかなく、せめてフェイスタオルくらいの用意は欲しかったです。

il buffet della colazione è davvero molto vario, ben presentato con cibo eccellente. Da italiani non ci sarebbe dispiaciuto un po' di varietà dolce. Si trova burro pane e marmellata che va benissimo ma rispetto alla scelta salata enorme un pochino in più di scelta dolce sarebbe perfetto. Magari si può aggiungere lo yogurt :)
It was okay I guess, though the variety could be better, you had to walk to the other hotel to get breakfast in the morning so that was kind of awkward. Staff were sweet and helpful, location's nice since well, most of everything is within walking distance even if the sidewalks are hostile sometime
The restaurant is clearly very quiet I had to spend time in the other hotel's restaurant which is a trade off I suppose, the lounge in the other hotel has terrible music, it loops itself constantly and doesn't fit the decor at all
The breakfast was alright I suppose, nothing to write home about, the location was convenient but a bit unexpected as it was at the very end of an alley
The music/ambience in the lobby could be better, it sounds rather generic and it goes on and on and on, it's droning and the alley leading up to the hotel always has some sort of homeless person looking for alms

It was alright, run of the mill breakfast, the location was pretty nice though, its walking distance to major attractions, there's also quite a few cheap cafes nearby on the museum's side so that was pretty nice.

From arrival to departure, the service was seamless and warm. The accommodations were pristine, boasting picturesque vistas of the Royal Palace . A fantastic breakfast selection paired perfectly with the hotel’s unbeatable location, situated just steps away from the National Museum and Royal Palace
