Schöne Unterkunft aber nicht zentral
Pros:

Wunderschönes Zimmer und großes Bett. Sehr ruhig

Cons:

Leider sehr weit weg von Geschäften oder Restaurants.
Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war so gering, dass man den Sand nicht abgespült bekam

Pros:

Everything was beautiful! Just like the pictures. The owner’s helped with recommendations for food and travel. 10/10 would recommend

Cons:

Tulum is very underdeveloped and the location of the property is near streets that are not developed as well and it was very hard to access when coming from the airport.

The bedroom was the highlight. I could have spent my whole vacation lying on that comfortable bed! I also really enjoyed the warm bath outside at night while watching the stars.

Very comfortable stay, great staff!
Pros:

There was a mold issue with the unit we rented at Samiik so we reached out to Diego and he responded right away and moved our reservation to a different property in his portfolio. We ended up staying at Muunek which is a brand new apartment building located in La Valeta, a nice neighborhood with all kinds of great restaurants within walking distance. We stayed in a lovely apartment overlooking the beautiful community pool and had a full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc in the unit which made our stay very comfortable. Diego was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We would stay at one of Diego/The Land Boutique’s properties again in the future.

Cons:

The pillows and mattress in the apartment we stayed in weren’t the greatest quality. Everything was exceptionally clean however the mattress was rather hard and the pillows lacked loft.
