Хорошее местоположение и персонал, но давно не было реновации
Pros:

Расположение неплохое. Персонал отзывчивый и вежливый (правда их помощь была не особо нужна). Есть спортзал и что-то вроде детского уголка (назвать это комнатой не получается).

Cons:

Отель почему-то позиционирует себя как "пять звезд". Хотя на деле это хорошая, крепкая "тройка" (которая может когда-то была 5 звезд, но обветшала). Завтрак однообразный, меняется может одно-два блюда, и все. Есть ушатаный совершенно спотзал с оборудованием может из 90-х или 00-х. Пустой. Детская комната... ну это не комната даже, просто в одном углу горка, коврик, какие-то кубики. Ребенку 3-х лет хватило на разок. Бассейн нормальный и чистый, но детский бассейн был весьма условный - ребенку там сразу было по горло. Кондиционер - на половину балкона (хотя рядом для него, вроде секция). Хотя номер ничего себе.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room we had just needs a little TLC
Pros:

Location and the cost.

Cons:

Our room was very dated and well worn. The fridge looked like it had been dragged across the yard and was filthy. I had to get the cleaners clean the vent in the toilet as it was thick with grime and the toilet seat was broken even though a I asked for it to be repaired. The electric switch in the bathroom by the sink came loose as well. (317)

Pros:

The location is great. Soi 5 Pratamnak is the best street because it’s lively but not too noisy, and it’s close to Pattaya and Jomtien. The bed linen and towels are changed every day. The price is fair. The swimming pool is excellent.
