We really enjoyed our stay. The room we had just needs a little TLC

Location and the cost.

Cons:

Our room was very dated and well worn. The fridge looked like it had been dragged across the yard and was filthy. I had to get the cleaners clean the vent in the toilet as it was thick with grime and the toilet seat was broken even though a I asked for it to be repaired. The electric switch in the bathroom by the sink came loose as well. (317)

Pros:

The location is great. Soi 5 Pratamnak is the best street because it’s lively but not too noisy, and it’s close to Pattaya and Jomtien. The bed linen and towels are changed every day. The price is fair. The swimming pool is excellent.

Мы проживали в отеле 2 недели и нас поселили прямо возле лифта, учитывая, что свободных номеров было много. Все 2 недели люди ежедневно заселялись и выселялись, ходили мимо нашего номера. Самая большая проблема была в том, что каждое утро около 6 часов утро китайцы начинали ОРАТЬ, они уезжали на экскурсии, вечером возвращались. Нам не удалось поспать ни одного дня. Я сообщила о проблеме на ресепшн, нам посочувствовали, но НИЧЕГО НЕ ИЗМЕНИЛОСЬ. Мы остались жить у лифта, китайцы кричали каждое утро! Это продолжалось не 2 минуты, а все время, пока они ждали остальных из своей группы. Я понимаю, что отель- это общественное место, но люди должны иметь уважение к другим и вести себя тише, хотя-бы до 8-9 утра!

Отель не для тихих ночей, будете спать как на передовой в 1 м от блока кондиционера

Отель уютный, лежаки очень удобные

На удивление, при том что отель внешне выглядит очень уютно и комфортно, как бутик-отель, оказалось очень много недостатков, и через 3 дня радовались что съезжаем:
1. Блок от кондиционера шумит и свистит так, что в комнате шум как в котельной в отопительный сезон. Спали в берушах, и это помогало только на 50%, под утро уже не выдерживали и выключали, голова как чумная весь день, выспаться не могли вообще!
Все блоки от кондиционеров стоят на балконах прямо возле стекла и это история всех номеров, подумайте 100 раз, если у вас не крепкий сон или любите тишину

2. Девушка в лобби хамка, вечно недовольная грымза, мелочь, но впечатление портит, как в советском магазине продавец

3. Ванная комната - старый душ с льющейся водой на пол

4. Пятизвездочным отелем даже не пахнет! Отличная тройка, прям прекрасная! Наша цена была 2700 за 3 дня, это 900 Батт сутки и мы мечтали съехать, это максимальная цена за этот отель

5. Лежаков 20 штук на 3 корпуса, места у бассейна куда ставить новые вагон, но о людях здесь не думают, сидите ждите когда кто уйдет

Pros:

Sijainti hyvä.Erinomaisia ravintoloita ruokailuun ihan lähellä.Allas mukava ja rauhallinen. Sänky iso ja mukava.Suuri huone.

Cons:

Aamiainen tehty kiinalaisia ryhmiä silmällä pitäen.Kaikki loppui heidän jälkeensä eikä lisää tullut.Kaikki ruoat kylmiä vaikka olivat lämpöhauteessa. Ei Jatkoon. 4.krs wifi aivan surkea.Hotellin baarit kiinni.
