Receptionist our booking wasn't there, we had to check in to any room, got a different price upon check in and check out
Not worth it, at around 6 in the morning someone moving things on the other side.
comfortable bed, hotel location on the main road, on-site restaurant with very good food
after arriving at the place and checking in We received keys to three rooms from the receptionist. after about three hours we were asked to pay for our stay we agreed to pay. we were informed that we had to pay more than the bill on booking.com because the rooms we got are different than the ones I booked. due to the fact that at that moment we were going to visit family I said we would explain everything when we got back. after our return around 10pm they tried to extort money from us again for rooms in which we had already unpacked I repeated many times that we received the keys from the receptionist after showing the booking confirmation. the receptionist knew exactly what she was doing. from 10pm to midnight they tried to force us to change rooms or pay a higher amount. after the intervention of the booking.com staff, the hotel owner agreed with my arguments we stayed in the rooms, but I cancelled the second reservation I had made at this hotel
The facilities was good
Their breakfast is served late we had to leave despite prior information without taking it. They need to improve on hospitality
