Pros:

The staff members and the manager were very helpful

Cons:

On the booking.com site they didn't mention anything about the non AC room or AC room anybody would think that this is a Ac room and I paid for that later on got to know it was non Ac and had to pay extra for that. Plus the room was not clean also the toilet flush

Good for short stay
Pros:

Staff made us feel comfortable and safe. I dont like the area as there were many cheap hotels and people. Not safe for girls to go outside. Otherwise staff and everyone helped us with luggage and finding a auto at a reasonable price. Good thing is its near railway station. Also its better to call owner and tell u may come and what room u booked and ask about price and all to be safe. As we thoughr its a ac room but it was non ac. Not mentioned here.

Manager Mr Suresh was helpful we reach hotel at 2.30pm he though they don't have restaurant he provide us lunch .

During check-in, the receptionist informed me that I had to pay an extra amount for an AC room, even though nothing was mentioned about this during booking. At the time of booking, I requested a higher floor, but at check-in they denied my request and mentioned that the lift was not working.

The room condition was very disappointing. The walls were damaged with plaster falling off, the room was dirty, and there were numerous mosquitoes. No towels, no water bottles, and no basic amenities were provided in the room.

Overall, my stay was highly unsatisfactory, and I will never visit this property again.
