Bel hôtel avec une équipe exceptionnelle
Pros:

Hotel proche du centre ville et très propre .
Un accueil exceptionnel à tous les niveau, ( à la reception Stefy est super)
Jolie et grande chambre avec balcon vue sur les montagnes.
Quel plaisir de retrouver Anu toujours aussi souriante, gaie et aux petits soins pour ses clients.😍
Elle s'est occupé de me réserver un super chauffeur pour la Vallée de la Nubra, de faire le permis . Bref un immense merci à elle sans qui tout aurait été complique.

Tout était parfait, je ne peux que vous recommander El Castello Hotel et son équipe.

Osebje je zelo prijazno, zelo lepo so naju sprejeli in nama dali odlične napotke za raziskovanje mesta. Sobe so udobne, lepe in čiste, prav tako je v hotelu lepa sprejemnica, restavracija in prostor na strehi. Zajtrk je okusen, lokacija pa odlična - le nekaj minut hoje do centra mesta. V hotelu so nama uredili tudi taksi do letališča.

Pros:

Io e il mio ragazzo prima notte a Leh siamo stati malissimo per l’altitudine e lo staff è stato angelico. Ci hanno aiutato e supportato tantissimo. Servizio in camera chiamato e sfruttato più volte. Siamo stati benissimo. Stanza ampia e televisione in camera. Saremmo voluti stare una notte in più ma purtroppo non c’era posto.

ホテル内の設備とスタッフの対応は素晴らしく良かったです。
レーには2回きていますが、とても良いホテルだと思いました。
次回また泊まりたいと思いました。

このホテルは大きな道路に面していません。細い道を辿り
ホテルに着くので、最初はあれ？と思うかもしれませんが、設備、朝食、ホテルスタッフ共に最高です😃

レーでの宿泊を快適にしたいならこのホテルです！価格もそんなに高くありません！
Pros:

部屋は清潔で広く、お風呂、トイレもとても綺麗。バルコニーがあるのも嬉しい。部屋のランクによってはエアコン付き。毎日清掃もしてくれる。お水も２本もらえます。タオルやトイレットペーパーも補充してくれます。
朝ごはんも美味しいです。卵料理を1品頼むことできます。
近くに綺麗なスーパーマーケットもあり、お土産なども買える。
何よりスタッフがとても親切。これまでインドに4回渡航してますが、この価格帯では1番良いホテルでした。

Cons:

駐車場まで少し歩く。
洗濯物が生乾きだった。一晩部屋に干せば乾きますが、、
冷蔵庫があれば言うこと無し。

Fantastico
Pros:

Soggiorno molto piacevole. Le stanze sono belle e pulite, la colazione buona. Posizione molto vicino al centro, ottimo per qualche giorno nella magnifica e caotica Leh. Lo staff davvero molto gentile, consigliano posti buonissimi dove mangiare in città! Ci torneremo julley julley :)

Great experience in Leh and in Ladakh, hope to come soon again
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet area with a nice entrance court and a terrace with view. Rooms are spacious and very clean. The receptionists, the manager and all the personnel working there is unique, they are very welcoming and give any kind of help and advice. I would really recommend this hotel.

Un acierto total: amplios espacios, máxima limpieza y un trato humano excepcional

¡Una estancia de 10! Nos han tratado fenomenal desde el primer minuto; el personal es increíblemente amable, atento, generoso y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa.

La relación calidad-precio es excelente. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, perfectas para descansar cómodamente, y la limpieza en todo el hotel es impecable. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable. ¡Gracias por hacernos sentir tan bien!!!
