Great place to stay for the family and great value for money.
Pros:

We are family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. Srsying in this apartment is the best decision we have made. We loved the kitchen in the apartment so we can buy food and cook. Prior kyoto, we have visited nagoya for 2 nights and going osaka for 2 nights, we loved the providence of washing machine with dryer so we can wash the essentials. The apartment is walking distance to the kyoto station, so we walked there for shopping the groceries. Compare with airbnb, i liked hotels because i can store luggage before or after checkin. That extended our stay and we managed visited Nara on our last day in Kyoto. We have many luggages, when leaving, the staff kindly helped us call the taxi. The room is great, clean bath, clean kitchen, clean toilet. You can see its been well looked after. The apartment with its sister hotels offers free bus ride to the kinkaku-ji temple, we visited there, the drop off is at the sister hotel, we took the opportunity visited another temple and the manga museum nearby. It is easy to catch bus 9 to get back to the apartment.

Cons:

In order not to over use the luggage wheels we decided to call taxi, but thats alright considering all the other good characters of this apartment.

服務人員非常的貼心，也很有耐心的回答我們的問題。也非常感恩這家旅館的房務人員的用心他們把房間打掃的一層不染，甚至連邊邊角角都沒有黑霉。
也感謝這些旅館提供了我們非常棒的住宿體驗，這是我來京都這麼多年住過最好的飯店了，房間裡面有廚房有一張餐桌四張椅子一個沙發，甚至還有我最愛的洗脫烘衣機，我只能給予他最高的評價了⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Clean, spacious apartment about 10minute walk to Kyoto Station.
Pros:

Room was spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Kitchen facilities were excellent. Location was about 10minute walk to Kyoto Station. Lawson's next door. Temple across the road. Nice and quiet. Very accommodating staff.
Good to leave luggage prior to check in.

フロントスタッフの対応がとても好感がもてました。宿泊客はほぼ外国人ですので、外国人スタッフも多いですが、日本人スタッフもいらっしゃいましたので、気になることや観光地のご質問等させて頂いたところ、とても丁寧にご回答いただきました。

Cons:

長期滞在型のアパートメントホテルなので、朝食提供は無く近くのスーパーなどで購入する必要がありました。ただ、近隣のパン屋さん等教えて頂けたので、問題はないです。

Very cosy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Pros:

Love the fact that it has everything we need for a family of 4. Especially the washing machine and dryer. It's such a luxury to be able to wash clothes before we head off to our next destination.

Compact but efficient. That sums up this little serviced apartment.

Cons:

Quite a bit of walk to Kyoto Station especially if you have larger suitcases.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The location is fabulous as it is within walking distance to the train station. Staff is friendly and willing to help whenever. There are convenience stores around the corner.

Great apart hotel for family with full facilities and good location
Pros:

I like the hotel's facilities, which include a mini kitchen and a warm bathroom. The staff is also friendly, and the location is near the train station. We go walking from the station to the hotel.
