Great property!
Pros:

It was very spacious, for a family of 5 with older teen kids. That has been hard to find in our travels.

Cons:

The washer often didn’t dry clothes properly but that could have been our fault due to size of clothes

A stay that exceeds expectations
Pros:

A lovely hotel, super well located and with a wonderful staff. I cannot recommend more. The room was really big and spotless clean. Having a little kitchen made all the difference for us with a small child who definitely needs her regular breakfast.

Cons:

They offer services such as shuttles, etc., but it was all booked out by a large group. It is not their fault, but we would have loved to be able to take it as well. Note that the windows, as often in Japan, are not transparent.

Stay was excellent, Family Mart around the corner was convenient and staff were beyond kind.
Pros:

Did not participate in any hotel provided breakfasts.

Cons:

The washing machine doesn't dry too well with larger loads, but that is not the hotels fault.

Huge apartment and Good value for money!
Pros:

-Huge apartment
-2 x double bed + 1 double bunk bed
-Full kitchen, laundry and full bathroom with big bathtub
-Free pyjamas and amenities
-Walking distance to Kyoto station and Aeon Mall

Cons:

-Whilst close to Kyoto station, it’s still 450m which can feel far when tired and rolling luggages
-Walking at night in quiet streets from long day of sightseeing may not be for everyone. Our kids are teenagers so this was not a problem for us.

Highly recommended
Pros:

Great location, very close to the Kyoto station. Amazing staff. Very well organised room (fully equipped kitchen etc.).
Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our choice, especially since we booked last minute (previous day) and there was a tremendous difference with the previous accommodation on all subjects.

L'emplacement est idéal. L'appartement est spacieux, très propre et très bien équipé. Le personnel est agréable. Petit plus appréciable : ils acceptent de garder gracieusement vos bagages avant le check in et après le check out.
