Cons:

Mi è stata applicata una tariffa superiore a quella indicata in prenotazione. Dopo il pagamento l’hotel ha cancellato la prenotazione, seppur effettuata, ed è così diventato impossibile comunicare col servizio clienti di Booking (!!!) né con la struttura stessa per fare il reclamo.

O café da manhã, muito bom.

Cons:

Do horário que inicia o chek in, 15h é muito tarde, o horário de início do café da manhã, pois tem passeios que precisamos sair mais cedo. E do horário de arrumação dos quartos. Teve dos dias que pedi para arrumar o quarto, fui para o passeio antes das 8h, voltei quase 16h e ainda não tinham arrumado.

Pros:

This hotel had a lot going for it, friendly staff, nice breakfast comfy beds and a laundry and good location.

Cons:

We were just so disappointed that there were baby cockroaches in our room, not pleasant. I hope they can get that sorted. As otherwise a good stay.
