There must be better hotels near the Opera House in this price range
Pros:

Good location near Opera House. Very good wifi.

Cons:

Very shabby and outdated. Lack of air conditioning in lobby and hallways. Buy your own purified water. Weak breakfast. Staff had virtually no English and very limited Spanish language

Barulhento, possui um bar em baixo, impossível de dormir antes de 1 da manhã. Camas desconfortáveis, banheiro sujo e com cheiro de esgoto. Hoje com estrutura precária.

Hotel para quem quer estar no centro histórico com equipe cordial e atenciosa,

Hotel bem localizado para quem quer conhecer o centro histórico de Manaus e para quem precisa pegar o barco/lancha para outras localidades.
O atendimento foi muito bom e a cordialidade é o ponto forte do hotel.

Cons:

Apesar de bem cuidado, o hotel já carrega o aspecto de velho. O banheiro é grande, mas parece apresentar problemas de humidade que está refletindo no quarto.

Quarto muito limpo.
Café da manhã muito variados e tudo muito gostoso.
Bom serviço de lavanderia, tendo uma funcionária do hotel cuidando das roupas

Apenas a estrutura do hotel que é bem antiga e algumas partes com o teto baixo, uma pessoa alta tem q tomar cuidado pra nao bater a cabeça em alguns lugares do banheiro
