Pros:

Pas d accueil, personne et pas d informations pour nous indiquer le fonctionnement des serrures. Suite à un déclenchement d alarme incendie, aucune personne n est venue pour vérifier et rassurer les locataires.

Cons:

Pas d accueil, très impersonnelle. Bref cet établissement ne devrait pas figurer dans le registre des hotels.

Pros:

Son emplacement et l’architecture extérieur.

Cons:

Aucun personnel, les chambres minuscules pas de prise de courant. La lampe de chevet n’est pas et ne peux pas être branchée.
Au petit déjeuner, rien de chaud.
Le grille pain s’est déréglé et a brûlé la tartine qui a provoqué de la fumée qui a déclenché l’alarme incendie qui a hurlée pendant presque 30 minutes, un bruit insupportable, personne n’est intervenu.
Le rapport qualité prix est déplorable.

Curiously mixed.
Cons:

The retreat perhaps highlights the eths. It all worked fine and there was a total absense of anyone other than other guests. Fortunately for this old-timer one of them could work the telly in the bar.

Comfortable bed in a quaint town, but needs some updating.
Pros:

The town is super quaint and everything is walkable from the hotel!

Cons:

It’s very dated - could use some updating. The fire alarm went off at 8:15 for about 25 minutes, but since no staff is there, it just kept going off.

Abysmal breakfast, eating from the local filling would be an improvement. Do not pay for that. Not enough parking spaces.

Pros:

The beds were okay but basic

Cons:

We got one towel each which were pretty awful, thin and bleached in bits. No hand towels.
There was a poor shower over the bath and no surface to put toiletries other than the corner of the bath or floor.

Altes Kurhotel mit eigenem Charme
Pros:

Schönes altes Kurhotel mit angenehmen Zimmer. Es ist zwar alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat jedoch seinen eigenen Charme. Es gibt kein Personal, das Frühstücksbuffet und die Bar sind self-service, es kann dabei leicht übers Handy bezahlt werden.
Der Code für den check-in und unser Zimmer wurde uns per Email und SMS mitgeteilt und hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig.

Nette Nacht direkt an der NC500
Pros:

Das haus hat auf jeden Fall Stil. Aber man merkt ihm das Alter überall an. Check-in etc. hat wunderbar geklappt.

Cons:

Wasser Leitungen laut - generell sehr hellhörig. Frühstück war bei uns dabei - würde aber generell nicht extra dafür bezahlen. Alles ist Selbstbedienung, generell haben wir nie jemanden vom Hotel selbst wahrgenommen. Die Kommunikation online bzw. per WhatsApp funktioniert allerdings gut 👍

Calme et reposant pour une courte durée
Pros:

La propreté, le calme et la situation.

Cons:

Absence de personnel pour répondre à certaines interrogations (ex. Peut on avoir un chocolat chaud au petit déjeuner). Impossibilité de mettre un bac à glaçons pour conserver au frais des denrées périssables pour Notre road trip. Absence de verrou sur la porte des toiletted/salle de bain.

Skvělé v poměru cena/služby. Great value for money.
Pros:

Velice hezké místo k bydlení, klidné, tiché.
Personál jsme žádný nepotkali, check-in i check-out jsme provedli elektronicky. Pokoje byli čisté, velké a naprosto dostačující.
Snídaně byla toustový chléb, máslo, marmeláda, jogurty, ovesné kaše, musli atd.Ubytování bychom doporučili pro skvělý poměr cena/ kvalita.

Very nice place to live, peaceful, quiet.
We didn't meet any staff, we checked in and out electronically. The rooms were clean, large and perfectly adequate.
Breakfast was toast, butter, jam, yogurt, oatmeal, muesli, etc. We would recommend the accommodation for its great price/quality ratio.

Unpleasant certainly not value for money.

Strathpeffer is a lovely place.

Not having any staff available….except “remotely”
Upgrading decor,especially in breakfast room and entry lobby.Understand there are upgrading planned…
Poor quality furnishings in room..
Making breakfast a worthwhile experience.Pre packaged pastries,limp and unappealing.Long life milk.No human interaction.
Soulless environment.
TV removed from rooms to promote “wellness”
Whole hotel felt like a Scooby Doo set!
One single bed creaked all night.
