Location was good for what we needed

Cons:

Room was really small, no TV in room, no staff on site whatsoever, breakfast was not worth the money, shower had minimal pressure and was in tiny cubicle. Just seems like noone can be bothered with the place but is happy to take money regardless. Really wish I had paid that little bit extra and stayed in the large Highland Hotel across the road.

4 lůžkový pokoj King byla manželská postel a 2 proležená rozkládací křesla nevhodná i jako přistýlka pro dítě. Baterie v koupelně stará a nešlo seřídit teplotu vody.

Nice location but beware it’s not clean and staff aren’t friendly
Pros:

I liked the location and easy to find. It has off street parking and an ev charging point. Lovely place to eat not far from the property.

Cons:

The bathroom was not clean. The shower cubicle was full of black mould and not clean at all. I complained as I’m highly allergic to black mould and they said it was because it was due to be renovated and I can get a couple of free drinks from the lounge. Not a good response. I don’t see why they couldn’t get a scrubbing brush to it as then it would be clean. Woke up in the morning with a severe cough and sinusitis because of my allergies.

De ligging is prachtig.

Cons:

Wij hadden de familiekamer met 'uitzicht' op de tuin. De badkamer was niet schoon. Het onderlaken van het grote bed was niet schoon. Bij de matrassen van het stapelbed voelde je de veren er dwars doorheen: niet fijn en zeer oncomfortabel. Dit ooit waarschijnlijk zeer mooie Victoriaans gebouw is helaas sterk verwaarloosd. Het verdient beter.
