Property is clean , food is homely good place n near to beach.
The taste of food was good..
The room pics do not match with actual. They charge for food without giving any rate card or prior information . In the picture the room had a gallary but at actual there is just a pathway. There is no staff person to serve. Owners wife look after the requirements. We were charged 1200 approx for one night one veg and non veg meal. They do not have printed and fixed rates for food. Had to pay extra for food which was insane. For four nights stay and for 4 nights dinner and breakfast they charged 4K. Which was too costly. There wasn’t proper bill given in the name of HOMESTAY.
The warmth of the owners is unmatchable.

The host provided excellent hospitality. The beach is within walking distance, and there is private parking available. The host is very friendly and helped us organize my father's birthday, making it even more enjoyable.

Roads leading to property are narrow and are often congested with large vehicles leading to blocking of roads.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay ! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the team was incredibly friendly and professional.
The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. its too near from beach
I highly recommend Konkani food to anyone who loves exploring regional cuisines. It’s a unique and satisfying experience that leaves you craving more. Can’t wait to have it again!

The owner abruptly turned off the water supply, air conditioner and wifi at night for no reasons
It was a pleasure staying at Hotel Shree Niwas property, which is 5 minutes walking from the beach . Shree Niwas is a nice hotel with excellent food and service. Breakfast is good and you can choose etc. Also the Room is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend a lot. I will definitely stay there again.
