Excelente hotel e bem localizado
Pros:

O atendimento desde o início, café da manhã maravilhoso. Quarto maravilhoso bem climatizado, bem limpo, foram gentis em fazer uma adequação dentro do possível. Amei o hotel super recomendo. Além do mais o hotel é muito bem localizado da pra ir andando pra estação de metrô.

Cons:

De não ter atendido meu horário de chegada, tive que pagar pra poder acessar o quarto logo. Tinha acabado de chegar cansado da viagem longa

Dos hóspedes mal educados, acordam cedo pq o café se inicia as 6h e ficam falando alto no corredor...
Mas não é culpa do hotel e sim da falta de educação das pessoas...

Pros:

Quarto amplo, chuveiro bom e quente. Camas confortáveis. Café da manhã bom. Ótimo custo benefício para quem quer ficar perto da rodoviária nova.

Achei um pouco perigoso os arredores.

O hotel tem muito a melhorar.
Pros:

Funcionários educados e prestativos. Café da manhã razoável pelo valor da estadia, dentro do esperado pela hospedagem.

Cons:

Quarto com paredes mofadas, motor do ar condicionado de quartos vizinhos e do nosso quarto na parte exterior do quarto muito barulhento. Muito barulho de camareiras conversando alto, camas arrastando e batidas. Não há controle de barulho para os hospedes também, que fazem muito barulho sem qualquer problema. Frigobar vazio, nem água possuía. Tem que descer para buscar. Roupa de cama manchada e com aparência de suja. Não há cobertas, apenas um fino lençol para se enrolar. A franquia ônix de Lauro de Freitas foi muito melhor que essa.

Very basic accommodation near Aguas Claras
Pros:

The only hotel located near Aguas Claras bus terminal, it’s a decent option if you have an early bus. The staff was great and the dinner we ordered was perfectly homemade - simple and nourishing.

Cons:

There were no windows in the room! We realized we haven’t experienced this before and it was disturbing - perhaps like being in a prison. The neighborhood is not safe for walking around past dark. The hotel is extremely basic and the location is actually not that convenient for the bus station due to morning traffic (the walkway is not easy with luggage and it took 20 minutes in an Uber despite being just over half a kilometer away as the crow flies). There was a guest talking in the phone loudly in the hallway and we had to ask him to be quiet.

Muito limpo e organizado, silencioso, ótimas funcionárias solícitas e atenciosas. Café da manhã de excelência. Tudo perfeito além da localização ser extremamente próxima a rodoviária.
