Küçük bebeğim olduğu için oda şeçerken resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar bize çok yardımcı oldular (zeki bey ve malik bey 🙏Oğlum ek gıda sürecinde saat kaç olursa olsun oğlum için hazıladıgım yemekleri mutfakta pişirdiler .Mutfakta çalışan bayan arkadaşlar ismini unuttum inanılmaz yardımsever ve ilgililerdi çok mutlu olduk .Genel olarak bütün otel çalışanları çok kibar ve yardımseverdiler. Konumu çon güzeldi heryere yakındı. Biz çok mennun kaldık tekrardan gelecegiz .

The building , the view and the services are so good, keep the hard work! Zeki and the bellboy help us so much to wait the driver while chekout (l am sorry didnt ask his name but he is so kind and nice)

I had a wonderful stay at Midway Baku Hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized, but what truly made the experience special was the staff.

A special thank you to Zaki and Malik at the reception. Both were extremely professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. From check-in to daily assistance, they made me feel very welcome and at home. Their hospitality and positive attitude really stood out and made my stay much more enjoyable.

Because of the great service and the amazing support from Zaki and Malik, I’m very happy to give this hotel a 10/10. I would definitely recommend Midway Baku Hotel to anyone visiting Baku and would love to stay here again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at Midway Hotel Baku. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was extremely welcoming and professional. A special thank you to Malik and Zaki for their kindness, warm hospitality, and helpful attitude — they truly made me feel at home.
The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The level of service and attention to detail was excellent.
Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

كانت إقامتي خلال فصل الشتاء، وكانت الغرف دافئة جداً خصوصاً أرضيات الحمام. الفندق يتميز بأجواء حميمة وجميلة، مع الحفاظ على طابع المبنى القديم مثل الحجر والأسقف.
خدمة الإفطار كانت ممتازة والشيف كانت متعاونة وتهتم بالطلبات، خصوصاً عندما كانت ابنتي مريضة وقدمت لنا المساعدة رغم بساطة الطلب إلا أنه كان يعني لنا الكثير كمسافرين.
شكر خاص للأخ مراد في الاستقبال على لطفه وحرصه على المساعدة، وكذلك شباب حمل الحقائب على ابتسامتهم الدائمة وخدمتهم عند البوابة، وأيضاً فريق تنظيف الغرف على لطفهم، فحتى مع حاجز اللغة كانت الابتسامة أبلغ رسالة
